Daniel M. Was a great person to work with, his customer service and professional skills were outstanding. I haven’t work with someone in a while who goes with you throughout the process. Most of the time other just want your business but not really there to help you out, well not Daniel he checks up on me when I wasn’t sure what was going on because my process took way longer than needed. Had a whole situation where I had to sue my insurance company to payout the damage a storm caused to my roof. Luckily my lawyer knew Daniel which she recommended me to him which I’m grateful for. I’m not sure about the company as a whole but if they keep training people like Daniel that actually cares for the people that they get signed In contract with then I’ll trust that company. The first couple images are from my adjuster when they went to check my roof damage from the storm and heat damage, which was why I had to change the whole thing, I chose black shingles. And a sample of the conversation we had which he help me with because I have an HOA they take a while before they decide if they allow a permit I’m new to this whole thing, it was great having someone like Daniel to help me out. Overall the service was great but the price is a little steep for those who might be looking for something else this may not be for you but it’s worth it and depending on your situation they can work with you I’ll say to give them a call first and found out you’re options, because I had called four other roof service as well they had cheaper offers to but ultimately I decided to go with integrity roof services.

Even though I wasn’t able to use this company because I live in Boca Raton and they primarily serve the Central Florida area, I still wanted to leave a review. The owner took the time to walk me through roofing materials, pricing considerations, and things to watch for when getting quotes. He shared a lot of valuable insight that ultimately saved me money and helped me make more informed decisions. What stood out the most was that he knew from the start that I was outside of his service area and that there was no business to gain from the conversation, yet he still generously shared his time and expertise. Getting the insurance claim took a sometime, but in the end the process worked just as Daniel explained it on the very first appointment. Daniel from Integrity Roofing randomly stopped by one afternoon and offered a free roof inspection. I agreed and he found hail damage. We turned the claim into the insurance carrier who immediately denied the claim. A third party evaluation was conducted (initiated by the insurance company) and they agreed with the insurance carrier. Daniel was adamant that there was real hail damage and hired an attorney to fight the denial. In less than a week the insurance company settled. We now have a new roof! I highly recommend Integrity Roofing! They are thorough, timely, and trustworthy! I’m an insurance broker and I deal with these companies all the time. After 40 years in the business, no one has proven themselves more reliable than Daniel. Hire Integrity without hesitation; you won’t be disappointed!
