Even though I wasn’t able to use this company because I live in Boca Raton and they primarily serve the Orlando area, I still wanted to leave a review. The owner took the time to walk me through roofing materials, pricing considerations, and things to watch for when getting quotes. He shared a lot of valuable insight that ultimately saved me money and helped me make more informed decisions. What stood out the most was that he knew from the start that I was outside of his service area and that there was no business to gain from the conversation, yet he still generously shared his time and expertise. That level of integrity and willingness to help says a lot about the kind of company this is. If you’re in the Orlando area, you’re likely in very good hands. ⭐

From the initial roof inspection to filing of the insurance claim Integtity Roof Services; explained everything in detail. Getting the insurance claim took a sometime, but in the end the process worked just as Daniel explained it on the very first appointment. As soon as the insurance claim was approved work started immediately and completed in just a couple days. The quality of the work is outstanding.I highly recommend using Integriy Roof Services. They are honest, upfront and extremely professional!!!

I would like to start by saying we are very grateful and thankful to Daniel Mickelsen for ever he has done for us. He was in the neighborhood and offer to do a free inspection of our home. During this inspection we found out that are roof had damaged to it . He then helped us proceed to inform our insurance company and we were able to set him up to redo our roof. He explained all the procedures that were to take place including the length of time it would take. The work was done very professionally at all times. They are truly a great company. Roof inspection was super quick and required practically zero effort on my end. Any and all information regarding the current state of the roof was provided in an easy to understand way. Information and pictures were provided directly to me for record keeping. Any questions I had regarding repairs/replacement were answered from a customer first perspective. An inspection coordinator knocked on my door recently handing me her card saying that they were in the neighborhoold performing "free roof inspections." I informed her that as an insurance adjuster I did not find this to be a good business practice since companies such as these attempt to file insurance claims whether someone needs a new roof or not. I do not appreciate companies such as these; if I need an inspection for my roof I will seek it out myself, but a reputable roofing company.
