Roofers Elite did an outstanding job on both my garage roof two years ago and, just last week, the original roof on my house built in 1992. Their crew was efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing from start to finish.
Before the work even began, they provided excellent customer service during the inspection and review process, answering questions and explaining everything clearly. They stayed on schedule exactly as promised and completed the entire project in less than 24 hours spread over two days.
They also completed repair work on the outer trim, and their carpentry skills were precise and excellent. The new work blended seamlessly into the original roof line and looked like it had always been part of the house.
The cleanup afterward was just as impressive as the roofing work itself. They left the property neat and free of debris, which says a lot about the pride they take in their work.
I would absolutely recommend Roofers Elite to anyone looking for reliable, professional roofing contractors who deliver quality work and keep their word.

In response to the owner’s comment: I have already called, texted, emailed, and sent a certified demand letter with full documentation—including the independent inspection report, photos, repair invoices, and a replacement estimate. These materials were provided well before and again after this public response.
Despite your statement that you “take this seriously” and will “prioritize resolution,” there has been no meaningful response, no action, and no follow-through on your prior written agreement to cover repair costs.
For clarity to potential customers:
• The roof installation was defective and not performed to industry standards
• An independent inspection confirmed multiple serious deficiencies (see photos)
• Communication has been largely ignored
• A formal legal demand was sent and received, with no resolution
This is not a case of a company trying to make things right. It is a case of a company responding publicly while failing to act privately, despite having all of the necessary documentation.
I stand by my original review.

Paid $27,000 for a new roof from Roofers Elite and it was a disaster. The work was done by unsupervised out-of-state crews and resulted in serious installation defects—missing ice and water shield, improperly installed vent boots, drip edge used as flashing, shingles with as little as 2" overlap, and excessive caulking instead of proper workmanship.
An independent inspection confirmed multiple failures and included photo evidence. I tried repeatedly to contact the owner, Cody McAllister—calls and texts largely went unanswered. He didn’t respond when invited to attend the inspection either.
The roof poses an ongoing risk of leaks, and I’ve had to hire another contractor to completely replace it. He also agreed in writing to cover repair costs but never followed through. Even after sending a certified demand letter with full documentation, there’s been no resolution.
Extremely costly, stressful experience. I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

We had the shingled roof on our 1825 farmhouse replaced with a standing seam metal roof by Elite Roofers in December 2025. We got quotes from 4 different companies and while they were not the cheapest (they were pretty much in the middle), through our conversations with Cody, we felt like he was the most knowledgeable and best understood the challenges when working on an antique home. Things got off to a bit of a bumpy start and we were quite concerned as the day work was to begin, no one showed up nor communicated with us that they would not be there. However, once the scheduling snafu was resolved and Marco and crew arrived 2 days later, our fears quickly dissolved. Marco and team were absolutely amazing. They worked several, very, very long days in some of the coldest (and darkest) conditions before and after the Christmas holiday. It wasn't just their work ethic that was impressive, but also their professionalism and attention to detail. Marco has many talents and did some excellent carpentry work around a dormer that needed modification to accommodate the roofing panels. It's been a harsh winter, and we are so happy to have the metal roof in place. We've had no issues so far, but due to the snow that fell during the installation and has continued since installation, the crew said they will be back in the Spring to do a full inspection and clean-up to make sure everything is 100% and up to their very high standards. I noticed I had some ice damming issues on my roof. Called Cody and he had a crew at my property within 1 hour of my phone call shoveling off the roof and finding the source. 2 days later his crew was back removing all of the damaged roofing and repairing properly.
