I got a great recommendation for Ronk Brothers from a local in Mount Vernon. I decided to give them a try this year for my annual heater service. I was more than pleased, the service tech, Joseph, was great. He was friendly and professional and even gave my dog a treat. What I most appreciated was that he didn't try to "sell" me on repairs. I have been told in the past that I needed replace parts when I didn't so was grateful that Ronk is honest! I highly recommend and will be using them for furnace and water heater needs in the future.

My husband Merritt and I would like to take the opportunity to say thank you to Ronk Brothers for their professionalism and attentiveness to our particular needs from meeting Izaak who was our first contact with Ronk to the crew of hard working men who worked tirelessly under horribly difficult conditions to do the clean out of the crawl space under our manufactured home to reinstalling and putting in a new vapor barrier. Thanks to Ronk Brothers our home is clean and warm and we can't thank them enough. In our opinion their cost to do the job was fair and reasonable. Izaak explained the process and was even able to rush the job through a busy schedule as our need was urgent. Thank you Ronk Brothers. They came through for my family and I believe they would do the same for every one of their customers!
We had an amazing experience with Izaak and our installers Andy and Keith. We had a new heater and a/c installed and then decided to have a second intake vent put in with how the layout of our house is. Izaak was exceedingly patient and honest with answering our questions and helping us with financing. Andy and Keith showed exemplary professionalism and kindness during the two installs. They were all respectful of the property and cleaned up after themselves. I just wish I had baked them cookies in thanks. Will always recommend this company!
Ronk Bros service was excellent, from making the appointment to payment. My technician, Joseph, was friendly, knowledgeable, through and even gave my dog a treat! I have used other providers in my area and feel that Ronk provided a better experience. Will definitely be my go-to in the future.

Last, but not least, they offer quality, cost-saving, environmentally friendly products (my Daikin Atmosphera heat pump cut my energy bills by almost two-thirds).
5/6/2025 Update to Review -- This year Ronk Brothers will be doing the regular, annual inspections on my propane furnace, heat pump, and tankless water heater. Greg and Levi have already done superb, thorough inspections on the propane furnace and heat pump, respectively. This company is incomparable, in so many ways.
10/21/2025 Update to Review -- Joseph fixed and did maintenance today on my tankless water heater, so now it's running like a charm. (I didn't know condensate builds up in those and should be cleaned out annually.) He's a delight to deal with, is careful with equipment, and makes it look easy folding his very tall body into a very short crawlspace. Thanks, Joseph!

Great and timely service. Isaak was a good salesman and could answer all my questions! It took me a while to decide on what equipment I wanted. He was patient and checked in once a week until I made a decision.
The installers (Ethan and Erick? nice guys!) were timely and professional. They installed my heat pump exactly how it was planned out and double checked with me on where I wanted my mini split.
Great job all around!
In addition the price was unbeatable anywhere. I tried!
Basic HRV maintenance to ensure peak efficiency and economy, filter cleanings and mini-split and heat pump checkups. Joseph was very attentive, thoroughly answered my concerns about the units' operations, and was especially knowledgeable about the operation of our particular HRV setup. I was also encouraged to get onto the maintenance plan to help lower future costs and get timely updates on service scheduling.
