Had an older awning recovered with new fabric and valance. Rollup was very professional from the first phone call to reinstalling it. The awning looked beat up when they came to take it and it returned looking nearly brand new! Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend using them.
Everything was fine but I think the salesman should’ve told me that I was going to need to hire an electrician to install the motor because after spending $4500 for an awning. I was not expecting to spend another amount of money for an electrician so I would’ve rather known that upfront and I would like my awning to have been installed and working when the gentleman left but now it’s not working until I get an electrician so that I was not happy about
.I recentlly received a phone call from the salesman and the owner of the company has graciously offered to pay for the electrician since I was under the impression that the awning would be fully functioning at the time of delivery. I believe this was very professional and appreciate the owners willingness to make this right.
My wife & i purchased a motorized RollUp Awning twenty six years ago, April, 2000.
It cost more than others, but, we decided & believed it to be, in our opinion, the Rolls Royce of awnings.

Great experience with the folks at RollUp..The technicians who removed our old awning and installed the new awning were knowledgeable, professional and they called prior to their arrival. The dispatcher/scheduler was very accommodating and caring and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend RollUp when you’re in the market for a new awning they are a pleasure to deal with.
