We have worked with ROI on home roof, barn roof and most recently replacing gutters. They have always been very professional, done a good job cleaning up, we have been pleased with each job performed. I have recommended them to others and all of us have been pleased with their work. (which came in lower than the 3 other companies i had out, with the same warranty that swore I couldn’t get anywhere else.) to final inspection ROI treated me like i was an important job and that my business mattered. In thinking about replacing our roof (30 + years old), we did our due diligence and spoke to many roofers. Due to the fact that we have a very strange design for our roof which combines metal and shingle, we had a very hard time finding a reputable roofer to take on the job. Frankly, i hadn't heard of ROI, but somehow we found you. Initially I was skeptical that you could handle it. But i spoke with one of your reps (unfortunately, whose name I have forgotten, and he convinced usto have sales rep David Burke come to the house to take a look. David was very professional and knowledgeable so we thought wed give it a go if the price was affordable. It was.
We were then contacted by your prject manager, Brook Miller, who was also very professional and communicated all of the steps required for us throughout tthe project.. The team, headed by Luis Sibrian and 6 or 7 team members showed up every day and they were simply amazing. They were very knowledgeable, talented and very, very hard workers. They addressed all of our questions and needs and even went above and beyond what was necessary to ensure the roof was waterproof, strong and attractive. Plus they cleaned up each day and at projects end. My wife Lisa and I couldn't be happier. As you are aware, a new roof can be expensive, but even so, we have decided to give the team bonuses as a complement for their efforts.
