Our sales representative, **Devyn Sevean**, provided a straightforward and technical consultation. He demonstrated the window samples and operations without utilizing high-pressure sales tactics or the "manager-call" pricing model. He provided his best price upfront, which was competitive and required no negotiation. Devyn was efficient, completing measurements for all 22 windows quickly while maintaining accuracy.
**Administrative Support and HOA:**
The ROI office personnel (Brooke and Alejandro) were communicative and provided the specific documentation required for our HOA approval process. This facilitated a smooth transition from the contract phase to the installation. The lead time for the custom-sized windows was reasonable and as-quoted.
**Installation Phase:**
The project manager, **Benito**, and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date. They completed the full replacement of 22 windows in a single 9-hour shift. The crew maintained a clean job site and removed all old windows and debris from the property. Benito identified a specific waterproofing requirement on an upstairs window due to unforeseen site conditions and addressed it immediately during the install.
**Results and Performance:**
After one month of use, the windows have significantly improved the home's climate control. The HVAC system cycles less frequently compared to neighboring units, indicating high thermal efficiency. While the sound dampening improvement is minimal, it is noticeable.
**Recommendation:**
For a factual, no-nonsense approach to window replacement, ROI is highly recommended. Ask for Devyn on the sales side and Benito’s crew for the installation.

Nothing but good things to say about ROI. Again. My 2nd time using them. Price was competitive or best going both times. Everything was vary professional. ( A local guy had offered to do my gutters, this job, and I like him BUT I trust ROI - you don’t get that often.) I’ll be back again for some other thing. It’s hard finding a contractor you trust. I found one with ROI.

I contracted w/ROI to replace my roof in mid February. It just so happened that on the scheduled day, it was very cold and rainy. But the two workers still arrived early in the morning and got right to work. I had an assignment in the afternoon and had to leave the house. Needless to say, when I left home, there was old roof debris, tools, and ladders around my yard. But when I returned home, my front yard was completely cleared and neat and a day or two later I received pics of my beautiful new roof. I never got the names of the two men who did the job but I cant express how much I appreciate their determination to get the job done....thank you, thank you, thank you!

They installed my solar panels. They had to come back to fix a hole in our ceiling. They did good work, but they left a mess in my house. They left paint and plaster all over my floors, and I had to scrub on my hands and knees to get it up. They did offer to send someone to clean it up, but it wasn't going to be until the next day. I couldn't leave my house like that for 18 hours. I will say that you cannot tell there was ever a hole where they patched. Were it not for the mess, I would have given them 5 stars.
