David is a wonderful, and personable, salesman who knows his stuff!! Brooke is also a great customer service representative who checked in with me, every step of the process—and still is! The email I received that described the downpayment were handled, and when work would begin, misspelled my name and were severely lacking commas, but the message were friendly and accurate! Haha.
The workers arrived about 15 minutes early, and continued forward until around dinner time. They worked hard, and efficiently!! The roof looks amazing! I’m also glad that durable CertainTeed materials were used. The price was a little more than what another contractor offered, but those materials wouldn’t have been as sturdy as what ROI provides! I’m very grateful this company exists!
ROI Construction did a great job. Dominic and his team were professional and efficient. From the time I contacted Dominic to the completion of our roof installation, I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless process in what could have otherwise been very overwhelming. They made it very easy!

Jerry was very knowledgeable during our initial meeting to go over the type of insulation I would need and the initial estimate. Pricing was extremely fair - $2,724 for ~900sqft of attic space. I haven't scheduled the work yet, but just based off the initial professionalism from Jerry, I have not doubt the job will be done well and exceed the standard.
I always like to share DC experiences when they are great, as they’re hard to come by. ROI is definitely a bright spot in the DC construction world. From the customer service offered by Brooke to the professionalism and care of Bonito’s siding crew to Luis’s roofing crew, the experience was top notch. This is the kind of company you hold on to and don’t have to worry about looking around for a better option. Great job and my thanks to all of the group.
From the consultation to the final inspection the service we got from ROI was A1. The ProVia windows we purchased are high-quality, durable, made here and were within our price range. The new windows have made a huge difference in the comfort of our home. The air quality and noise reduction alone have made them one of the best home improvement decisions we’ve made. We hear a fraction of the noise from the busy street out front and the alleyway behind us. The installation was fast and efficient without sacrificing attention to detail and doing the job right. ROI Construction replaced every window in my home two weeks ago. The whole experience was great. It took two days, but the guys paid a great deal off attention to detail. They were so fast on the first day. They ripped out and replaced all of the windows on the first day. They had to come back a second day to do a few minor adjustments and then clean up. The guys were so nice. The windows look amazing. Already I noticed that there is a difference in temperature in the house compared to what it was before. I highly recommend this company.

He provided his best price upfront, which was competitive and required no negotiation. Devyn was efficient, completing measurements for all 22 windows quickly while maintaining accuracy.
**Administrative Support and HOA:**
The ROI office personnel (Brooke and Alejandro) were communicative and provided the specific documentation required for our HOA approval process. This facilitated a smooth transition from the contract phase to the installation. The lead time for the custom-sized windows was reasonable and as-quoted.
**Installation Phase:**
The project manager, **Benito**, and his crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date. They completed the full replacement of 22 windows in a single 9-hour shift. The crew maintained a clean job site and removed all old windows and debris from the property. Benito identified a specific waterproofing requirement on an upstairs window due to unforeseen site conditions and addressed it immediately during the install.
**Results and Performance:**
After one month of use, the windows have significantly improved the home's climate control. The HVAC system cycles less frequently compared to neighboring units, indicating high thermal efficiency. While the sound dampening improvement is minimal, it is noticeable.
