Fast and reliable… answers questions immediately and is willing to work hard for your business. I am planning on another building and I of course I’ll be using John again. John Rohlin and his crew did an excellent pole barn build for us. Everything was done in a timely manner and exactly as the quote/contract had specified. John is very responsive when reaching out to him. His crew is respectful, hardworking, and keeps the job site clean. The slab finishing was superb and all done by his crew. We couldn't be happier with our building and are so thankful we went with a local builder who specializes in these types of builds. You will not be disappointed hiring Rohlin Structures!

We are very pleased with the garage we had Rohlin Structures LLC build last year. The price was right, and the crew was fabulous. They showed up every day to work in some of the coldest weather we had in 2023. Since then, we had a pole barn damaged during a storm. Without hesitation, we called John to see if he could help us out. They are completing the pole barn today, and once again, we are very satisfies with the results.

John and his team are the best we have ever worked with. Excellent craftsmanship, prompt and amazing attitude. The team works like a well oiled machine and they provide a level of service which is very rare in these times. You become more like friends than business associates with John. Our pole barn was completed faster than expected and is built strong and is without a flaw. My brother in law was a carpenter all his life and was amazed at the extra attention to detail. They are about to do a second job for us. You won’t find better at any price and they were most reasonable compared to others on the lake.
