Customer service was outstanding! All of the staff were friendly helping my daughters, their mother, and I find gifts for others!

My dad bought a watch and he gave me his old one and the lady was very nice and took links out of the watch for me and even cleaned my watch I had on, amazing customer service.

I have never been treated that bad in my entire life. The whole experience of buying a nice peice of jewelry was totally mared, the first salesperson I had was only worse than the second. I was treated like an idiot and was in the store for hours just to buy a nice watch. Everything was a hassle from beginning to end, I'm not sure ir they are paid by commission but after they were convinced I could pay they were like vultures. I saw the watch on sale from the manufacturer within 30 days and they flat out refused to honor any compensation only after I called customer service they called me and said I could get half of what they were supposed to give me. I suggest you go elsewhere to purchase jewelry Roger's and Howland's may very well be a great place (at least I thought so) they need to adjust their hiring process.

EDIT: Changing my review because the Greenwood store called me and told me they are fixing my necklace free of charge. The manager at that store thought it was the right thing to do! So I am very pleased with how it turned out. Still not pleased with the way the corporate headquarters treated me. But the Greenwood store did great!
Beware of this store!!!!! They don’t deserve one star! I will never buy anything from them again. I bought a white gold cross with a tiny diamond in the center. My bill of sale CLEARLY states that workmanship is guaranteed for one year. After having just a couple of months the diamond fell out. They will not repair or exchange without charging me half of what it is worth! I called their home office to complain and she was very rude and condescending to me. She just kept telling me what I already know. Mam….we sent it off and they concluded it is not a manufacture defect! Well what is it then. They put the diamond in there. They say wear and tear. I had it a couple months! I would rather pay someone else to repair it then give them another dime! The good reviews! clearly they haven’t had a defect. Yeah they were nice to me in the store too as I purchased my necklace! But once I had a DEFECT IN WORKMANSHIP THEY WERE MEAN AND CRAPY!

Kemeral did a great job helping us with my wedding band. My band is 15 years old and had cracked. She was super knowledgeable and helped get the ring off although showing us how to utilize our lifetime warranty.
