After having an extension completed during COVID when looking to have sign off completed by the council in 2025 they advised the felt roof was not compliant with the current building regulations and needed to be changed. We contacted Tom to come round and take a look and our existing roof and what options we had available. Tom provided a detailed quote for the work to be carried out and able to provide evidence of materials used to help sign off from the council when completed. We had clear communication from Tom along the way as battling the weather was a challenge this time of year, but Tom and his team were very professional and polite and have provided us with a lovely new compliant EPDM roof. Called Roderick Roofing, about a slipped tile, they liaised with me via watts app and attended 3 days after contacting, they turned up on time and completed the job to a good standard, I would certainly recommend and use again. Its good to note, I contacted 4 other roofing companies within the area whom did not get back to me, Roderick Roofing did, which says a lot about their reliability and following through with the works.

Thank you to Tom (and team) for quick and efficient work, not to mention super responsive to messages. My house is listed and in conservation area, Tom was happy to procure some reclaimed tiles ro replace the missing and cracked ones. They were patient with me whilst I had to wait until I had spoken to the council. They came the day after my convo with the council and undertook all work. Thank you once again. 😊

good roofers Came out and managed to fit us in quite quickly. Price a bit higher than average but for good reason as they are professionals.The lads that came and did the roof were friendly and seems like they've done a good job 😁. No issues at all. They were one of the only roofers who were officially registered with the govt (companies house) I found. Would reccomend these guys if you have any roofing needs.

Good job at a fair price,prompt service. After over 45 years working in the building industry I am now too old for ladder work. Tom was recommended to me by a family member and did a very good job at a fair price of cladding the soffit on my house. After the recent heavy downpours the flashing on my utility roof started to leak. I sent a text to Tom last weekend and Dan and his mate turned up on Monday to fix it. Extremely prompt response and "job done". Excellent, I highly recommend Bidford-on-Avon based Tom Roderick Roofing.

So happy to share the time this company has spent renovating my roof and putting it back to a very high standard , dry ridge fitted to industrial standard , verges made safe and fixed from previous other contractors bad efforts, all broken and cracked roof tiles sourced and replaced , Matt and Sam were very polite and professional and explained in detail what they needed to do. This company was recommended by a neighbour who new that I had a bad experience with others that being said I wholeheartedly recommend Roderickroofing and have the evidence to support my decision

Brilliant guys they are. God bless them. My name is Joseph. I had a broken roof tile, damaged felt and rotten battens. Dan and Jack did a wonderful job . And Tom Roderick gave a quote thats reasonable . Dan and Jack spend some hours sorting the damaged roof area.
