I am totally impressed with Jimmy and his workers and the work they did installing a concrete patio and a side walk to the garage. . It looks fantastic. They arrived early and went right to work digging up the grass. They had the cement poured within a few hours. Two of the workers stayed and did the finish work. One of them even replaced the rest of the old brick walkway and brought it up to the new concrete sidewalk. He didn't have to. I thought that was such a nice thing to do. RocStout also put on my new roof a few months ago..great job. . Even before my insurance approved it, Jimmy sent out workers right away to patch a hole that was leaking into the soffit making it warp. He knew more storms were coming and it needing fixing right away. I was very grateful! I highly recommend Jimmy Tarrell and RocStout. Jeannette Reed

The installation of the new roof went very well. They scheduled and stuck to the schedule. They arrived on time and executed just as they had promised. I was very happy with my experience. We used RocStout Roofing to replace the roofs on two homes after a hail storm. We were contacted by multiple companies in the aftermath, but it was important to us to choose someone who was local and accessible for future repairs or maintenance. RocStout offered to meet the insurance adjuster and let us know what to expect before we received the insurance report. Communication was frequent, including detailed photos, advice on product selection, thorough explanation of insurance payments, and choices rather than assumptions about what should be replaced or repaired. Highly recommend!

Fixed our roof a few years ago after some hail storms. Recently had a leak. Came out and helped locate it. Ended up being a decking tie had backed out and pushed through a shingle. Got it all repaired not problems. Glad Jimmy took the extra time to help find the leak, because it was pretty small and not obvious at first.
