I am very happy with my purchase..I placed my order for 5 bottles.. 3 being scotch and the others-vodka and bourbon that is no longer being sold in Ontario. I got it within a week..It was packed very well so that it there were no breakage during the transport. I will highly recommend this store and will purchase again.

I purchased a bottle of wine online. Due to the cold weather, Rocky Mountain upgraded my shipping to a temperature controlled truck, all free of charge.

Shawn was great, very helpful. I didn't catch name of the woman working there but I very much appreciated her offering me a taste of the whiskey I asked about.
Over all, the only things besides service I was paying attention to were the beer cooler and whiskey shelf. Both were very well stocked and the staff seemed to know what they were selling quite well.
Prices were about average, maybe a little lower than most. Great selection of products high, mid and lower end.
Overall a great shop and I will absolutely be back.

Honestly, Mike and Sarah showed me that true customer service still exists! This is the place I'll be buying wine, from now on! I'll pay the shipping to Ottawa from BC for the taste, quality and price of the wine that we can't access here in Ontario. Then to add the customer service level is to perfection! Mike went above and beyond to help me find a specific vintage then told me how amazing Sarah was (top of her class Sommelier) and told me to call her. Sarah picked up the phone immediately and was on point with her knowledge and kindness! Thank you both for helping me! You're incredible! Happy Holidays!

Rocky Mountain Wine Spirits Beer is a great store to order from online. I was able to order a couple of bottles that are near impossible to find elsewhere. And delivery was a fair price and very quick to Ontario. Probably fastest out of all the liquor stores. Everything was packaged well. Excited to try these bottles I received from them. I 100% recommend them and will order from them again in the future.

What can I say about Rocky Mountain Wine Spirits Beer.. First customer service is amazing. They know there product. They take there time to explain bottles that you are interested in and any questions you have, they answer right away. They feel like a place familiar to you. A store you always want to go back to. I'm a scotch drinker myself and they have an amazing selection of bottles coming in monthly. Shipping is always fast and easy, and they enjoy what they're doing. They have a life long customer in me.. so if you're looking for a store that has a great selection, good customer service and also is knowledgeable then Rocky Mountain Wine and Spirits Beer is it.

Great store! I needed a bottle shipped to BC fairly quickly for a special occasion and I received it in a couple of days! Communication was great. I will be ordering more in the future :)
