Once I was in the office everyone was very efficient and timely. The office is clean and immaculate. The owner/ Doctor is very timely and has a great bed side manner. I moved from out of state and am happy with everything.
Just a feedback to the practice manager or owner: The doctor was telling me he has been in business for 20+ years so I want to help with a constructive feedback. The portal they had me fill out a day before does not translate automatically to their EMR they are using because the assistant who took me back didn’t have any clue why I was there and the details of what I had put regarding my case were not carried over to the EMR. The same issue happened when checking out. They gave me a non-insurance rate/self pay rate upon checking out. When I enquired, they said that the insurance information that I had entered the previous day didn’t carry over. But once I gave them my insurance information they immediately addressed the claim. It looks like the app they are using for pre registration or intake is not well integrated with their EMR. I thought the owner and or manager will appreciate this feedback. I would have also appreciated some coffee in the waiting area but it is no big deal. I am just spoiled from my previous Dentist office.
Overall great and fast service. I would highly recommend this place for endo dontal care.

Dr. Linkous is the best. I was so apprehensive going back to the dentist after neglecting my mouth for so long. He makes the whole process easy, giving great explanations as to what is being done and really caters to the patient’s comfort.

I’m getting great care from Dr. Dennis who is more interested in doing the best quality job than using parts he had Available today 10 stole it quick but maybe get lesser quality results because of it. Dr. Dennis seems to really care about his quality of the work first patients which makes me feel very comfortable.
