We were looking for a cleaning company to do a move out clean and this was recommended as one of the only ones in the area that did a move out clean and carpet cleaning services combined. We spoke with Rommel over the phone to receive a quote. The cleaning crew came and did an AMAZING job. It was seriously spotless. The quote was also accurate which was greatly appreciated (no surprise adjustments). We highly recommend Rockstar and will definitely keep them in mind if we ever need similar services!
I was looking for a local company for a deep clean of my house, I googled and Rockstar caught my attention because of the name. On a Friday Rommel (?) came and after looking at everything gave me a quote by Monday morning approximately 0900 a team of 3 ladies arrived. They spent 6-7 hours cleaning my house. What a wonderful team of ladies and they did a GREAT job. I HIGHLY recommend Rockstar and I certainly will be hiring this company for future house maintenance.

We hired Rockstar Cleaners for a deep cleaning, and the team did a fantastic job! The job was bigger than we thought, and they still put in the work to get it all done. The home looks great—light fixtures, appliances, and bathroom fans look like new. And the customer service was excellent!

I just sold my house and wanted it cleaned before I handed over the keys. Rockstar cleaning did a great job! They cleaned baseboards, windows, blinds, bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, and floors. It never looked so good! I had a toilet that had a permanent stain that was there since we moved in and they were able to get it sparkling clean. I will use them again when I move into my brand new house. Call them today!
So we had been looking for a super detailed cleaning service for our home for a while before being told of Rockstar cleaning service. We invited Rommel out to do an estimate for regular cleanings of our home and explained our expectations. We specifically notated our grouts in tile areas needed a thorough deep cleaning to bring them back to their bright white. We wanted every window sill deep cleaned of all build up and light fixtures cleaned well. He did a quick walk through and gave us a price of $1000 for a deep clean and then after $200 per maintenance clean. He said he knew he was higher than many but you get what you pay for. Though the initial clean was high we believed the detailing of things would be most worth having things maintained without question. FIRST CLEAN: The initial clean took all day (about 8- 9 hrs of cleaning with a team of 3) I felt by the length of time things were being done well and thoroughly as we requested in our walk through with the owner. When the team stated they were done and wanted to walk through.. we began to notice the grouts didn’t appear they had been scrubbed at all. They expressed they didn’t usually do grout and were never told (by Rommel) they were to do the grout scrubbing and therefore didn’t bring proper cleaning tools to do so. I handed them my little grout scrubbing toothbrush and some bleach and at 6pm they began to try and get the grouts clean. May I remind you they had been here since 9am and I have a large family of 6 and it was dinner time. I told them we will deal.. but I wanted some of the grouts done this time and then they could do the rest next since it was so late. As I entered rooms with our large area rugs I asked if they had been vacuumed with a carpet vacuum since there was still debris laying on the rugs. They said they didn’t have a carpet vacuum. I was shocked and said well I have mine, please ensure all rugs are vacuumed well as dirt gets into these fibers and we want them cleaned well. They were happy to do so with our vacuum. Then I walked to check the fridge since that was notated as a deep cleaned item. It hadn’t been touched.. they then began to pull all of our food out to deep cleaned item the fridge (at our family dinner time around 6:45pm) I say these details because the lack was not because of the cleaning team but the poor communication to the team from the owner, Rommel. The team lead Liz was amazing but she had never been told about the specific details of our home we had expressed in our walk through. Finally around 7:30 we called the evening done and all other items would need to be covered in the next clean. (Paid for deep clean that day but we’re still awaiting the full job to be done in the next clean. A couple weeks pass and they come for the next clean… they stayed for about 4 hrs and hit all the places that were undone with the exception of not having a proper vacuum yet again. I had communicated via text to the receptionist that this was an absolute must this time and she confirmed they would have it this time.. however they came and did not. Over all we were happy with the second clean and told Rommel of the good service. We confirmed our next cleaning would be in roughly 2 weeks however we ended up taking a few weeks vacation so we communicated about shifting our clean 2 weeks out. Rommel replied via text that was no problem and confirmed it was changed. Now we get to a week prior to this scheduled clean and he messages me to check in and make sure we are ok with paying double the rate since we hadn’t had them here in a month. We were shocked by this as there was never a discussion of rate changes due to timelines of cleans. Ik our initial walk through, the prices were given and then the schedule of cleans were made based off of what we felt we would need. I say all of this to let you know, there was no ownership taken of this lack of communication when we started with the company other than, and I quote, “I apologize for the miscommunication but I’m communicating now that there will be a double charge” we cancelled.
I cannot say enough good things about Rommel…I reached out to Rockstar Cleaners Carolinas due to not being in a place emotionally and mentally to clean my own apartment, weeks after I found out my sister was murdered. Rommel did a walk through of my apartment to provide me with a quote and after hearing why I was needing to hire a cleaning company, he so ever gracefully and compassionately offered to clean my apartment at no cost.
His gesture of kindness will never be forgotten and did more for me than he’ll ever know.
This company has heart, empathy, compassion and extended a helping hand at a time when needed most.
I would use this cleaning company again solely on that reason alone. Thank you RCC!
I rarely write reviews, but this one was well deserved.
It’s PCS season, and I was scrambling to make my home look as presentable as possible to attract tenants. I live alone and had a lot on my plate preparing for my move. I found this business on Google, gave them a call, and they came out the very next day for an estimate. The price was fair for a deep move-out clean, and they got straight to work; fast, thorough, and far better than I could have done myself.
They finished just 30 minutes before a prospective tenant arrived to view the home; and guess what? The tenant loved what they saw and signed the lease on the spot.
I’ll definitely be using this company again the next time I’m in Jacksonville. 10/10 service. Highly recommend.
