Rock is unlike anywhere else. The staff from Steve, to Bri, and Erik to the amazing therapists in Mia/Nicole/hannah and incredible owners Ben and Tom is truly like a family. This isn’t a normal rehab, it’s a foundation to build your life and start rebuilding who you were before addiction. If there is an ounce of you that wants to get better, looking for a way out.. would highly recommend calling. The therapy is in-depth- with all being trained in EMDR. I have unfortunately had to come twice due to a lapse in my thinking, but was welcomed back with open arms. I’m currently 7 months sober (longest I’ve ever been since a teen) and owe it to Rock. Spent 6 months there getting this right and it was through them I’ve been able to begin to build my self back to who I was before the drinking/drugging. I’ve graduated the program but know if I needed anything.. I could anyone from the facility and they would always be there for me. The best way I could describe what Rock meant to me is Family. Dependable. IMO doing the Lords work. Thank you Rock for everything. I love you guys&gals
I am so extremely grateful for Rock Recovery. After attending numerous programs, including inpatient, PHP, and IOP in Pennsylvania, I was blessed to finally get the help and treatment I needed. All the staff there was exceptional, And they definitely really care about their clients success :-) The group speakers, therapists, BHT Technicians, and all the staff made it a very family oriented and welcoming environment. This made it easy to be honest and vulnerable, Especially as most of them had to make the journey themselves To get sober. I proceeded my time at Rock Recovery by attending the Haven, which is also in West Palm Beach. We also had the opportunity to do sessions, including process group in nature, such as the beach and Parks. I found the beach extremely therapeutic.. There is also a Large sober community there including a variety of great AA Meetings Which we attended as part of the program. For the first time, I finally feel I am set up for success👍😊
I realize it won’t be easy, but I really appreciated their approach and the family oriented atmosphere, including fellow clients. I would recommend Rock Recovery to anyone I know who is open and willing to get the help they need. Miss the staff already,; thank you all for everything you did to Help😇🤗💕😎🏝️
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Rock Recovery facility. From the moment I met Ben and Destiny, I felt that I was treated with compassion, dignity, and genuine care. The staff goes above and beyond to create an environment where people feel safe, supported, and truly understood.
The clinical team is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated. They take the time to listen and tailor treatment to each individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My therapist was a life changer. The counselors, and medical staff work together seamlessly to ensure that every client receives the best possible care.
What really stood out to me was the sense of community and encouragement throughout the program. The staff truly believe in every person’s ability to recover, and that belief is contagious.
The facility itself is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to promote healing and reflection. Every detail—from the structure of the program to the daily support offered—shows how committed they are to helping people build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
Most importantly, this place genuinely changes lives. I left feeling stronger, more hopeful, and equipped with the tools I need to move forward. I will always be grateful for the guidance, patience, and compassion shown to me here.
If you or a loved one is considering treatment, I wholeheartedly recommend this facility. It is not only an individual program, they treat the whole family. I can’t say enough good things about Rock! They taught me how to live sober.
UPDATE: I finished my PHP and IOP programs at Rock Recovery in November of 2024, and in the time since I have continued to stay connected with the Rock family and community. The staff have become people that I am proud to call friends and they are an important part of my "sober" network. If you know anyone struggling with addiction or looking for a good, safe space to get help I recommend Rock Recovery - in my opinion there is no place better.
Rock saved my life and my sanity. I needed a recovery program that employed more than classroom group sessions. The adventure aspect works! The activities are designed to get you active and interacting with other people. Don't get me wrong, they do have the classroom group sessions and the moderators and therapists are amazing.
The staff are incredible and each one brings a special perspective and approach to help the clients. They truly care and are passionate about helping those in need.
I would highly recommend Rock to anyone struggling with addiction. Whether it's your first time in recovery or your 20th, get a piece of the Rock.
The program at Rock has been amazing, I really felt cared for from day one. The staff want to help you, even if you are a knucklehead and don’t want help. They aren’t just another program trying to fill beds they truly want to help save lives and guide you to being the best version of yourself. Came in a stranger and left a part of the Rock family.
I've never experienced a recovery program like this before. The team was very professional, welcoming, and really made me feel like I was a part of a large family. The adventure groups and workout gym made a huge impact in my physical recovery while the clinical/educational groups and individual therapy sessions were Lazer focused on understanding addiction,as well as past traumas, on the deepest levels and incorporating solid coping skills to maximize a solid emtotional recovery. I have graduated with a new sense of purpose and am excited to live my new life full of joy and strength. Thank you Rock Recovery. I love you all so very much and will never forget what you have done for me and my family.
All of the staff are caring and understanding. The housing is more than adequate. I felt completely safe while in treatment. I've been to many centers over the course of fifteen years and none can compare to the experience at Rock Recovery. There really are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for their help.

When I first set off on this journey and went to detox I had already decided where I wanted to go for treatment. It didn’t go as planned, and I ended up at Rock Recovery. I had no idea at the time that I was extremely blessed it went the way it did. Upon arriving at Rock, I almost instantly felt welcomed and part of the community. It is a small-knit group of clients resulting in a very personable experience clinically, as well as socially. Six months ago, I walked into Rock Recovery Center broken, hopeless, and convinced that nothing could help me. I had tried to get sober before—more times than I can count—and every time I failed, a little more of me faded away. My addiction had taken so much from me… my health, my confidence, my dignity. Worst of all, it had taken me away from my kids. I was there in body, but not in spirit. They didn’t have their dad, not really.
From the moment I arrived at Rock Recovery Center, something felt different. The staff didn’t just see me as another addict—they saw me as a person. They looked past my mistakes and saw who I could become. They listened when I spoke, they cared when I struggled, and they believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself.
They taught me so much more than how to stay sober. They taught me how to live. How to take responsibility. How to be present. How to be the man I always wanted to be but could never seem to find. They helped me learn how to truly be a father—how to show up for my kids emotionally, to lead by example, and to give them the version of me they’ve always deserved.
They also stood by me through some of the hardest decisions of my life, including navigating a divorce and making the choice to relocate from New Hampshire to South Florida for the sake of my sobriety and long-term well-being. While I’m now farther away from my kids physically, I’m closer to them in every way that truly matters. I can be present, supportive, and dependable in ways I never could before.
Today, I can say I’m not the same person who walked through those doors. I am sober. I am present. I am a better man, a better father, and a better human being. Because of Rock Recovery Center, my kids have their dad back—and I have my life back.
