Carlos, a plumber from Rock Heating, Air, and Plumbing who came to our home on two occasions. The first time on December 11, 2025 to install a water line for a new refrigerator. He did an excellent job and we were very happy with the outcome.
Carlos alerted us to another completely different concern where our sump pump appeared not to be working which was unknown to us at the time. We made an appointment right away and Carlos returned and fixed the problem which involved replacing the old sump pump at a discount! We greatly appreciated his service and catching the sump pump problem.
Lastly, Carlos has been very friendly and accommodating, generally a good person to interact with, respectful, customer friendly and oriented. We’ve asked that Carlos be our preferred plumbing technician for future plumbing needs.

Customer service and equipment are top notch. Thank you to the team! Erik came quickly to the house so we could get a quote and we had a new heating and air system within 72 hours. They also helped with Excel rebates, tax rebates, and had a payment plan to make this affordable during the holiday season.
My wife and I have a townhome with an unexpected HVAC issue. Shonrock’s team responded right away, communicated with us and the renters and explained the best course of action. We felt confident that we were getting the best service and even went so far as to sign up for their maintenance program! I would recommend this company to anyone.
The Rock Plumbing And Heating team, Eric Labato, Xavier, and Haley did an excellent job of installing our new Heating system. All three were very professional and all worked to make sure that the system was correctly installed according to local code requirements. All three were very friendly and easy to deal with during the installation process. I highly recommend this team from Rock Plumbing And Heating. Great job!

The Rock team went above and beyond today, they had to replace a faulty valve, gave me a quote for the replacement, went up to pick up the part, and returned telling me that they would be saving me $$$$ because they were able to replace the part via warranty! I am happy to know that people still do business like this! Jacob/ Jake was the man behind all of this as he went out of his way to explain to me my options. Thank you Rock team you not only warmed my house but my heart as well. Art Y.
In addition to the review below, we asked Rock Plumbing Heating and Air to help us through a home purchase. We knew signicant updates to the mechanical in the house were needed. Rock came to the home, provided estimates and the documentation required for closing. They responded quickly and provided thorough information.
Dave Lopez was at the house and serviced all 3 units. He was outstanding. Not only did he do thorough work, but he explained a few things patiently until I understood the details clearly/

Rock technicians Anthony, Fidel, and Nick replaced our electrical panel, furnace and AC with heat pump. They were all extremely professional-on time, careful, courteous and answered all questions. Highly recommended!
