We used Rockford Rides for transportation to and from southern Wi to Chicago Airport. They were early and ready for both trips. They went above what was expected and had car seats fastened and ready for the airport pickup along with snacks for everyone.
Everything went very smoothly, we’d recommend them and would use them again.

Upon reaching out to " Rockford Rides" mid-March after reading many positive reviews, I placed a call expecting to leave a message regarding my need for transportation to O'hare. However, a very kind, friendly person answered immediately, introducing herself as Amy. I proceeded to explain what I needed, when & why. I proceeded to book an economic reservation. Fast forward to today, Stacey, our driver from Rockford Rides, arrives exactly on time with a pristine clean shuttle for our transport to O' Hare to pick up our Family. We arrived exactly on time inspite of extremely high cross winds, morning traffic on interstate. Our ride home was very timely and safe with wonderful Stacey helping with on & off the shuttle, also accommodating a "rest stop". With my expectations highly fullfied with everything I had anticipated & more, reaching out to Amy & staff at "Rockford Rides" was a perfect solution to our transportation needs. If you have any type of occasion in the future that requires exquisite, courtesy, on time transportation with 3 different shuttle types of luxurious transportation..."Rockford Rides" will certainly fulfill your need..Sit back & ENJOY THE RIDE!
