RHA has an incredible team that truly feels like a close-knit family. I had the pleasure of encountering Mrs. Keyahna Moore about three weeks ago, and she was nothing short of awesome! Often, while waiting, I observed her remarkable ability to multitask without losing the human touch in her interactions with applicants and tenants.
Her individualized approach, filled with compassion, is a gift that many simply aren’t born with. No one, including myself, felt like "just a number" in her care. Those who entered distressed left feeling assured and relieved, all thanks to Mrs. Moore's calm and steady guidance.
She is simply amazing! I can't think of a better employee to promote and represent RHA than Mrs. Keyahna Moore. She is personable, passionate, and genuinely eager to serve the underserved. Thank you, Keyahna, for your outstanding service!

I’m a few months late but I must give these two props when due Keyhna Moore and John Washington are very good at their job. When it comes to any updates, returning calls, and giving you the information you need them the people to talk to. They will keep it real honest and give nothing but truth very trustworthy and hardworking people. Never been steered wrong when I communicate with these two. I want to thank them both. RHA should keep these two most definitely. 💜

I submitted fraud complaints a few times and nothing has been done. They let someone falsify documents and when I showed proof nothing had been done. They do not follow the policies at all. This person been getting away with fraud for 2 years now. I reported it to Felice Woitynek a few times and all she say is they take feuds serious and say they replace the issue in a timely matter….. When have it been ok for a person to lie on documents stating they kid lives with them when they really don’t? That’s fraud. They ask me for proof my son lived with me and I have showed that. Now why is this person havent faced any consequences? The people at these housing authority do not hold people accountable for fraud.

i am excited to write this review because John Washl i might be spelling his last name wrong but they had help me when no other program had help me and it was worth the wait i am going to get into my own place soon and get myself off the streets so i can get me a job and make a better life for myself so i am send a big shout to josh and all the RHA team thank you for making a dream come true

I had a question regarding my son's status on the waiting list, and I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website. I received an email confirmation almost immediately, and within 24 hours, I had an answer to my question from the very helpful Ms. Antanay. Excellent customer service.

update July 23rd after 2 years of making complaints to Rockford housing that someone was misusing my son social and name for housing and they supposed to took him off someone lease…. So u tell me after 2 years of someone doing fraud all u guys do is take my son off they lease and let them continue with they voucher….. Rockford housing authority and the people who over the program is a joke. They do not resolve issues.

when it come to laws and regulations Rockford Housing Authority don’t follow suit. I reported someone who have did fraud to get into the program in 2023 to Ms.Guelly and Ms.Tequila Brown and nothing has been done….. I presented 100% evidence and nothing has been done. Forward to 2025 I reported the incident to the managers again with 100% proof and they want to beat around the bush about doing some about it. Further more Ms.Guelly do not know how to speak to people regarding this situation. She told me I need to seek a lawyer which I will. I bet nobody ask the managers why was the case closed in 2023. They swept the situation under the rug and kept going by they day.
