We had a stubbornly clogged sink, and after my own attempts to fix it failed, I reached out to Rochester Drain-Rite through their website. We received a prompt call back this morning, and they were able to schedule a technician for the same day between 1–5 PM. At exactly 1:33 PM, we were notified that our technician, Peyton T., was on the way.
Peyton arrived promptly, was courteous and professional, and did an outstanding job resolving the issue. The service exceeded our expectations in both quality and responsiveness.
Rochester Drain-Rite will absolutely be our first call for any future plumbing needs—whether it’s another clog, preventative maintenance, or work on things like sump pumps and garage drains.

We have used Drain Rite several times over the years and when I managed to clog up our kitchen sink over the weekend, we knew who to call. Jake came out to fix the problem, displaying professionalism and courtesy, including communicating with me on the hazards of overusing the garbage disposal, a lesson I learned the hard way! His attention to detail ensured the job was done right.
