Con-X-ion wanted to leave me sitting at the airport for four hours… even though I’d booked a transfer within an hour of landing. Ended up scrambling mid-flight to sort something else, racing the safety briefing like a man possessed. Thankfully I got through to Rob, and from that point on it was smooth sailing. No stress, easy to deal with, and just a genuinely good bloke. Great chat too, plus a few solid Byron tips thrown in. Safe to say, I know exactly who I’m calling for every Ballina to Byron pickup from here on out.

5 Stars for Rob – Excellent Service! We booked Rob last minute over the Easter long weekend, unsure how the Bluesfest Airport traffic between Ballina and Byron would be. He offered a fixed fare upfront, which gave us peace of mind during what’s usually a busy period with Uber surcharges and delays. Rob was punctual, reliable, and even gave us a courtesy call with helpful info about possible Bluesfest shuttle bus pick-up points. He went above and beyond to make our trip smooth and stress-free. Such a friendly and professional guy – when we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely book with him again. So much better than the hassle of surge-priced Ubers! Thanks again, Rob. Rob drove us to our hotel and showed us all the sights for free along the way, sharing holiday tips from a local's insider knowledge. We had trouble finding our hotel and Rob parked and walked up and down until he found the entrance for us. Rob was cheerful and kind and after that first trip we booked all our driving with Rob. Later, Rob checked our flight times and got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare, and also showed us another lovely beach area all part of the pre-set cost. Reliable, on-time, exceeded my expectations. Thanks Rob :)
