I went here as a birthday gift for my daughter. It was a long wait but staff was friendly. About 7days later however my daughter noticed one ear ring fell out and she was so upset because we don’t know when it happened and so we couldn’t find it. I gave her one of my ear ring with butterfly backing. They dont recommend it but it is tight and secured and does its job. Then a couple days later the other one fell out. I noticed it when I woke her up and didn’t see it on her ear. Lucky this one we found it on her bed. I told our story over the phone and explained all what had happened. I asked over the phone if the store could help us and they told us we will be helped and a new one no charge. When we got to the store it was a different reply…telling me their products are fine. I disagreed because it didn’t even hold its place. It didn’t hold securely for the amount of time a piercing should be worn without taking it out. Soooo disappointed and I felt awful for my daughter. She is wearing my one stud that cost a lot less but does its job. This is her second piercing and I should of listen to my instinct to go to our first shop we did years ago on west fourth - adrenaline studio. They were very attentive and taught us how to care. Their ear rings held its place for the entire time needed to wear-3months. Here is it costly and product doesn’t last.😞

This place was a gem 💎 I reccomend! It is tucked in the busy streets of Robson close to Blue Ruby and across from Zara. When you walk in it smells like a spa - totally got me in my zen. Had a great time getting my ear pierced by Riley. Everything went by fast and the total experience was calm and healing 🌸🌝 She was easy to talk to and overall I enjoyed her company. Would definitely come back here to get more done! 😊
