Robles Real Estate Group was recommended to us by my cousin, who initially reached out to Dave Robles on our behalf. Dave promptly contacted us and took the time to thoroughly explain the Murrayville area of Langley, which we were considering as a potential place to move.
At the time, we were not yet ready to purchase, as we needed to sell both our condo in Burnaby and a villa in Italy. Despite this, Dave encouraged us to begin familiarizing ourselves with the Murrayville market and suggested viewing properties to better understand the buying process and what was available within our target price range.
Dave introduced us to Stephanie Richardson, who specializes in the purchasing side of the business. From our first interaction, Stephanie was warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping us, even though she knew we were not in a position to buy right away. Over the following months, we contacted her numerous times to arrange showings, and she consistently demonstrated the same enthusiasm and professionalism she showed on day one.

We also explored properties outside our initial price range as we considered the possibility of purchasing jointly with a family member. Stephanie never questioned our changing criteria and continued to support us with patience and professionalism, even when the homes we viewed differed significantly from our original goals.
In the end, everything came together: we successfully sold our properties and found the home that was perfect for us. We are confident that the final purchase price we achieved was only possible because of Stephanie’s expert negotiation skills.
An added benefit of working with Stephanie is her strong network of local contacts. She was always able to recommend reliable professionals and trusted places to shop, which made our transition into the community much easier.
We cannot say enough positive things about Stephanie. While we were thrilled to find our home, we were genuinely sad that our home-buying journey with her had come to an end. We not only gained an exceptional real estate professional, but also someone we now consider a friend. We look forward to welcoming her to our home for our first pizza-making night.
