This was my first time staying in Roatan and I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful place to stay! From the warm greetings from every staff member I came across to that same warmth & hospitality throughout my entire stay, I look forward to returning many more times!!! And the diving was TOP NOTCH!!!!

The Best Dinning in Roatán
The breakfast and lunch at the Paradise Beach hotel has been absolutely delicious. What makes it more delicious is the amazing waitress Shantay. A remarkable young lady that greets everyone that she encounters. What makes her stand out, she remembers everyone by name, combined with the delicious food, it’s a wonderful experience. Management is bless to have such a remarkable young lady that cares about the people she serves. I would strongly encourage she attend a management conference that prepares her for the next level of leadership. She is a wonderful person that I had the honor to meet while doing what I love to do, which is scuba diving…. After diving, she is waiting to greet the group and works tirelessly to ensure, our meals are ready.. if I had the opportunity, I would recommend a on the spot promotion… thanks Shantay, you made my vacation memorable.

A true Paradise on Roatan
We came for the diving and were very pleased! Overall Paradise Beach Resort was great. We did the all inclusive package for 4 people and stayed in the Villa for a week. The room (and property in general) were very clean and the staff in general were very friendly and helpful. Drinks were plentiful (alcoholic or non). The buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner had lots of options and wide windows of when we could chow down, helpful considering we had variability in our time returning to the resort after diving. Vegetarian options could have been better (we had 1 veggie in our group) but the staff always brought something special out to eat when we asked. There was a bit of confusion on our end about what was/wasn't included in the all-inclusive package, but we figured it out after a day or so. The beach front is gorgeous and cleaned daily. They also do a good job of keeping spaces available for resort guests, as day-pass users showed up Tues-Thurs (we later learned this was due to cruise ship traffic). The environment at the resort was very relaxed but the staff remained attentive, always asking if there was anything else they could do to help! The dive shop was the highlight of the trip for us. Jaycee, Lisa, and Anthony took care of us all week and provided a stellar experience overall. It was clear that they knew a ton about diving and the island and constantly went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, including Lisa offering up her personal dive gear Multiple times throughout the week. Lisa also took great photos of us all week (which we purchased for a fee) and the photos were fantastic! We would all highly recommend diving with Paradise Beach divers even if you don't stay there (And some folks did just that). On the improvement side, we'd like to see more hooks/hanging options in the room to help with drying out wet gear. We also had an issue with the wifi near our villa for multiple days at the end of our trip which wasn't ever resolved. We had connection at the buffet and beach bar so we were fine checking in to our return home flights, etc. Small fun add to close out the review, there is an adorable orange and white cat (named Oliver) who lives around the property. He's super sweet and well taken care of. Another sign that the folks running Paradise Beach resort care about all the right things.

Excellent food
We had an amazing experience at Cayucos restaurant. Thanks in large part to our server Delberth G. Delberth went above and beyond in every way. He was absolutely attentive, friendly and truly made feel cared for. It’s rare to find someone to take much pride in their work, and Delberth absolutely stands out.

INCREÍBLE LUGAR, desde la llegada al hotel, la atención de cada persona que trabaja aquí es algo único. En el restaurante de buffet, chef Dany, Joel y Jeydi es súper amigable que nos hicieron sentir en casa. No se diga del demás personal, 100 puntos a todo. El sabor de comidas y bebidas🤌🏻 increíble! Great for a family
Location was great. Beach front and beautiful. Rooms were small but adequate. Breakfast was good with many options - server shantay even remembered our coffee tea preferences! Grounds were clean and well kept.

Amazing staff, location and beach
This resort was amazing and very well located. We toured several and it is, by far, the most family friendly. The staff made it the best stay, especially Onice and Kimo. We had everything we wanted and more! Rooms are pretty standard, but the grounds and staff are beyond amazing! We will be back for sure.

Very nice place to spend vacation, come try it ou paradise beach club
Hi this jeffrie and steci, the expirience at the cayuco bar was exelent, the food is very nice, the service is very nice to, we really had a great time at paradise beach club, and it was aur son graduation at paradise beach club, come and visit this hotel you will love it. And the bartender Oscar in the night shift (B) he made us a piña colada whit out alcohol becose we are pastor, it was very good, and the supervisor very nice and very attentive his name is Delbert Garcia they are very nice peaple, come and try it out. My experience at Paradise hotel has been good but it can be wonderful if it was wheelchair accessible in bathrooms reason being I was not able to take shower for 2 days no shower chair or bathtub, pathway to Cayuco restaurant is complicated and also there’s NO access to the beach ramps are needed. I suggest you upgrade so that people who have different abilities can come to your hotel. Thank you to the ladies in reception for their service don’t know their names and also thank you to Carlos Jahsiel Murillo for his amazing chofer service with accommodations and Joel Vega at the breakfast buffet for attentive and friendly service. I would come again if they have new amenities for disabled guests we love to feel included. Inclusion is importance ❤️

Overall, I’ve had a pleasant experience at this Hotel. The atmosphere is one of a kind along with the cleanliness of the establishment. The employees provide exceptional service without a doubt. Kennedy B along with other co-workers assisted with my needs and handled things in a timely fashion. You definitely get the value for what you pay for here.
