Good Hotel This was a last minute vacation with family, we were a group of 9 and overall it was a good experience. Staff was friendly and professional. The only thing we didn't like was the hotel water was a little salty and sink water smelled. Also the AC unit in room never really regulated. It was either really cold or hot. But overall I think we would come back. Kids loved the pool.

Customer service for Edwin Garcia and Javier Miranda Javier Miranda the driver was very attentive and helpful, he really made our arrival and departure. I also want to praise Mr. Edwin Garcia the best and most friendly waiter in the hotel. He was very attentive to our needs! Kudos to these two employees!!

Decent experience I’ll give it 7 out of 10 It was a decent experience overall, luckily we had great customer service from our waiter Edwin Garcia and tour guide/ shuttle driver Carlos Murillo that made our commendations way better at the hotel during our stay. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel with my family again

Best hotel in west bay An unforgettable experience in our first time in the Caribbean with my wife, from start to finish our reservation that lasted had the help of Stefanie seeking Top-rated Packages for us and already arrived the spectacular room, comfortable and always clean, the walk less than 3 minutes to reach the beach is perfect, we will definitely return in the next year!!

Amazing vacation. I was in this place for 4 days which were spectacular. Not only because of the place but also because of the attention they gave us during our stay, I can recommend this place 100%. Thank you very much especially to Javier since we arrived he attended the 💯, to Estefany who was very special and sweet to me and my family, and also to Carlos and Brayan. Thank you for everything.

FABULOUS First time in this hotel and since the good attention provided by marlen damas make my experience really unique, the bartenders and all different activities the hotel had makes me get back soon. Nothing to regret from the hotel ,The rooms were one of the things I liked the most and the quality of view they had.

Excellent experience. Beautiful experience, very attentive hotel staff. A very complete all inclusive system and the rooms in good condition. The meals that prepared excellent and even desserts, I totally recommend for family groups or friends. In addition there is a kiosk right in front of the hotel to perform activities, you only have to negotiate the prices they agree.

Lovely The stay was wonderful. Place it at a very good location. Javier at the reception was very attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was good while I was waiting until my family member arrived. Marvin and Jose the tour guides were so wonderful. Always alert on my and other guest needs. Any time I had a question they were there to answer. I will be coming back soon I hate I’m leaving so soon. They made me feel at home. People in the kitchen were so sweet as well.

Spectacular😊🏖️ Beautiful hotel, nice pool area and strategic location in West Bay. I like that the hotel respects the vegetation of the coastal area, gives the feeling of nature and beach in one place. Thank you Marvin and Javier for your attention! Excellent Great location, very good restaurant service as it is varied, and very friendly staff. My special thanks to Supervisor Ericka who carries out her work with great passion. He was very supportive. We'd definitely go back to this place.

I stopped in Roatan. The best option to travel for the first time to Roatan with family. From the moment of booking César Sosa helped us with all the information we needed and helped us prepare for the trip. Upon arrival we were treated very well, especially the young transport, the bellboys, the waitresses of the restaurant. It was an amazing experience and we already want to return.

Excellent Excellent hotel, location and above all attention, Mr. Javier in reception and guest support was completely spectacular always attentive to us and our need. Edwin in the restaurant area was the only waiter also attentive to us all the time and Marvin in the beach area made our stay very pleasant. Thank you. We hope to be back soon.

We love it here We love staying at Paradise beach hotel. They make it a priority to provide great service to their guests. The location is just perfect in the amazing beach of West Bay. The Cayuco restaurant has great food, we were served by Edwing Garcia and he always does a great job. Marvin and Bryan made sure we had what we needed at the beach, chairs, umbrellas, towels, even drinks; they do an amazing job. Javi at the reception always does an excellent job at helping us get settled in. He's very attentive and cordial and always makes us feel welcome, as do most of the staff. The cleaning ladies do an excellent job. The facilities are well kept, the garden area is beautiful, the pool is big and clean; breakfast every morning is delicious and with a variety of food, and it’s even better when they serve it beach side at the Cayuco restaurant. Rooms where we have stayed aren’t huge but ok for our needs. There was construction going on some of the rooms when we visited, but it wasn’t an inconvenience since it was done during the day when we were mostly at the beach. One the managers (Javier Guillen I believe) asked us if we had any comments or recommendations for improvements so we mentioned a couple of things that we thought could make our stay more enjoyable Overall, highly recommend Paradise Beach hotel if you’re visiting Roatán. We’ll most definitely be coming back.

A Wonderful Hotel Experience Very comfortable hotel. Beautiful beach. Fantastic pool with gorgeous landscaping and plenty of shade. Great food and drink. Impeccable and extremely friendly service. Javier at the reception desk is amazing and sees to every need. He took special care of us.

“ best pizza on island” (indeed no) I was not at the hotel but I went to the restaurant next to the beach. There is a specific banner at the restaurant that said “ best pizza on island” it tasted like a price mart or walmart frozen pizza in my personal opinion. The wait time for the food was really long too. I do not recommend going at this restaurant. Thank you

Wish we could stay!! Amazing place amazing people….. everything was wonderful, we LOVe staying here. Food was delicious, staff like Carlos and Brian were really friendly, kind and always willing to help. Love Lisandros playing the guitar and Benjas Beats. Wish we didnt have to go. Roatan is magic.

Best vacation ever! Best experience ever! I went there with my wife to celebrate our 25th anniversary and we both had such amazing time! Rooms were always attended, mattress 10 out of 10, food was good and front service exceptional. Ciaris at the front desk went beyond to make us feel comfortable. Definitely this is the place we will choose next time, there is no reason to look for somewhere else. Thank you Paradise Beach Hotel for giving us this amazing experience!
