I have been going to first MD Roanoke for almost 2 years. The staff and Dr. Martinez are very caring and thorough. I have now started to go to Dr Manny for physiocare of my Morton’s neuromas and my back and shoulders!!!! He offers many services to help with injuries. He is very knowledgeable and has many alternative PT services for the healing of every part of your body. He is kind and wants to help find solutions to get you feeling better. Amazing Team! They run a very clean, efficient and friendly practice. These special people have taken care of my family for over 10 years. Dr. Ed is extremely caring and knowledgeable, very personable. His assistants, especially Riley and Maddie have taken the greatest care of myself and family for years . I don’t know what I would do without such great caregivers who truly listen and treat me with kindness, compassion and respect. I have a lot of auto immune issues and repeat treatments keep me healthy . When I am at my worst, this family is always there for me. Highest confidence in Dr. Trevino. After one massage, he identified issues he could address with one appointment at First MD. Pain at a 7/8, so I was in his office at 9 am the next day. The change in my condition shocked me, and I have a history of neck issues and pinched nerves. The benefits of the treatment continued for the next few days and the pain is gone. The combination of his chiropractic knowledge, massage license, and nursing background give him insight no other trearment provider has had. I highly recommend him.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Manny Trevino. Before seeing him, I struggled with severe sciatic pain in my lower back for a long time. I had tried physical therapy and worked with other chiropractors, but nothing brought lasting relief. I was even told I had a serious disc condition and that surgery might be my only option. Since starting treatment with Dr. Manny, everything has changed. He listened carefully, explained what was going on in a way I could understand, and created a treatment plan that actually worked. My sciatic pain has gone from constant and debilitating to completely gone. My overall pain is now manageable—and most days, it’s at zero. Dr. Manny gave me my quality of life back, and I’m incredibly grateful. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with back issues, especially if you feel like you’ve “tried everything” already.

I came here after I sprained my toe and was seen by FNP and PA both times. The FNP provider gave me a walking boot saying that "it is covered by insurance" and I got a bill from a third party company after 4 months that I owe 180 for a boot. For a boot? I could have gotten it from Amazon. Also if you need doctor's note for work you have to pay extra money which I wrote for them and they just had to sign it. Will absolutely avoid this place. The positive reviews here are for chiropractor I guess. They also were advertising chiropractic service for me

Dr Manny reversing TMJ! No injections, no mouth guard. I could only eat soft foods, headaches, ear infections….waited 2 weeks to see an ENT only to be told, it’s your jaw. TMJ doctor appointment?…it would be two more weeks?! No. I called 1st Med, Dr Manny saw me the next day. I’m grateful for the care you’re providing and I’m feeling better with each visit.
