Called main number at10am. Ray answered…talking to a real person! Imagine that. Had two TVs to install on walls. First was on a stone wall above a fireplace. Second was pretty straight forward. Ray asked for pics and then quoted a price, and said he could be here in a couple of hours. Let’s do it! Ray communicated that he was stopping to pick up a spare mount, just in case. Thinking ahead! Good thing he did, since we did end up using his spare mount. Very professional, efficient and all round nice guy. Not to mention he is a perfectionist! Completed both installs within 90 minutes. Couldn’t be happier. Total Five Stars and would recommend to anyone.

Exceptional Quality, Longevity, and Professionalism! I have been using R&N Technical for over a decade, and I cannot recommend Ray highly enough. Over the years, he has completed three major projects for me, and every single one has been flawless. Project 1 (2013): Ray installed in-wall surround sound speakers, converted my old phone jacks into Ethernet jacks, and set up my home LAN. Everything worked absolutely perfectly for the entire 12 years I lived in that home. Project 2: He did a complete overhaul of my living room surround sound setup. Ray recommended the perfect on-wall speakers for the space, installed them flawlessly, and calibrated the system to perfection. Project 3: Most recently, he installed 6 in-wall Dolby Atmos speakers in my dedicated theater room. The audio environment he created is incredible. Every single installation has been incredibly clean, professional, and well-communicated. Ray is super friendly, highly knowledgeable, courteous, and a true master of his craft. The most awesome business! The owner is fantastic! Professional, polite, friendly and feels honest. He also went beyond what was expected of him which I really appreciated. Prices are good as well.
