Absolutely excellent service from initial introduction to fitting my new front door . Very polite , friendly and also very tidy when they completed the job . I was so happy with RNM DOORS AND WINDOWS that I am now having my windows fitted and would thoroughly recommend . Very rarely am I 100% happy when works have been completed but very happy to say I am . Thank you to the team .

I finally decided it was time to get rid of my old back door and single glazed kitchen window. It only took about three and a half weeks from initial contact to fitting and that included fabricating a pink barn door!
Nelson was excellent to communicate with. No question was too much trouble and his replies were very quick. I'd never had work like this done before but he was clear and transparent and the price was excellent.
The fitters were polite and cracked on with the job. There was a bit of confusion about when the window would be done but Nelson was on top of it straight away, despite having a family emergency going on at the same time.
The door is beautiful and the window spot on. The awful draughts in the kitchen are gone and the old wooden frame has been replaced with a very neat white one. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship and quality of both. I won't hesitate to recommend RNM doors to anyone looking to upgrade their windows and doors and will definitely be using them for future projects.
Honestly, the service provided was exceptional. The team answered every question put to them and left no stone unturned. My door was installed 3weeks after I paid my deposit and I genuinely couldn’t be happier.

We had a jammed shutter on a Sunday and didn’t expect anyone to come out so quickly, but Jay from was fantastic! He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue immediately, and had the shutter fixed in no time. Fast, professional, and reliable — highly recommend!
Excellent job. I was having a bathroom fitted on a Monday, and i needed the window in for Sunday and RnM Doors and Windows pulled through. The glass and the frame were excellent quality. I paid them cash before the job was finished because i could tell by the character of the man that he was going to do a good job no matter what. Definitely use them again!

RNM came to fit a door to the rear of my business a couple of months ago. Initially the door was fitted with a large void at the top that they came to fill in at a later point and all seemed good.
Previously we had a metal security door and they recommended we fit a fire door as it's on a fire escape. I'm ok with that. I'm not expert on doors.
Fast forward a couple of months and the door jammed shut, meaning we couldn't get out. All credit to them they came the same day to repair the door and then told us that a fire door is only for use in emergencies and should not regularly be opened and closed. It got opened twice daily to check all was safe to use and to allow staff in at the start of the day.
Apparently this is improper use of the door, as we appear to have agreed to buy a door that isn't allowed to function as a door.
We arranged a date and time for their team to come and discuss this and then nobody showed up.
I now have a door that I'm not allowed to open.
Other Google reviews are great so perhaps I've just been unlucky but if I was getting another door I certainly wouldn't use this company again.

We’re please to hear that our team was able to respond promptly when the door jammed, but we completely understand your frustration with the follow up issues and the confusion around the suitability of the door type for your needs which was approved before and after installation.
Fire exit doors are indeed designed primarily for emergency use and to meet specific safety requirements. Particularly when installed on designated escape routes.
However, we acknowledge that the intended day to day use of the door should have been discussed more in depth during the consultation process.
Regarding the missed appointment, We sincerely apologise. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
