Lee, the sales technician, was extremely professional and thorough. He took the time to clearly explain the installation process, ensuring we understood everything. The quote we received was prompt and very detailed, outlining the full scope of work along with optional add-ons and transparent pricing. The approval and deposit process was simple and conveniently handled online through email.
Within minutes of submitting the signed agreement, Tara followed up with a phone call to schedule installation dates and provided several helpful reminders as the date approached.
On installation day, Lee and Matt were both professional and respectful. They were patient with our questions and accommodating during our inspection of the work. The finished installation looks great—the exterior pipe was painted to blend seamlessly with the wall, which shows their attention to detail. Rn86 is clearly the most knowlegeable, professional, and friendly of all radon mitigation companies in TN. If you are looking at this review you are likely concerned about radon and the safety of your home and family. Be careful of fast talkers and cheap installation promises. My homes radon level was over 40 pCi/L. That is the equivalent of smoking two packs of cigarettes a day. Rn86 mitigated our level to 0.6 pCi/L. That is almost nonexistent. Naturally occurring outdoor levels are 0.4pCi/L. I would not trust anyone else.
