So grateful to have had my repair done quickly and effectively. I realized my garage door wasn't closing and RJ Garage sent a nearby technician out quickly. Justin was thoughtful and courteous, the springs were replaced in less than an hour. He explained the issue so that I could understand it and fixed the door quickly so I could shut it again. I was so worried that I was going to have to leave the door open at night and felt a sense of relief that my home would be secure this evening. Thanks very much Justin for your help and patience with my questions.

Started with a different garage door company. They walked in and in about 5 minutes said it would cost over $2000. Too close to the holidays for that. Justin from RJ Garage Door Service spent the same 5 minutes of time, and REPAIRED our door. It's working great now. Could have saved time and money by calling these guys (especially if Justin is out tech!).
