Rj Garage Doors services was fast and efficient. I scheduled my appointment online so that it was very convenient for me. Tyler arrived early, told me what the problems were with my garage door, what would help it function better, and he had the parts right on his truck and repaired it within minutes. It no longer sounds like nails on a chalkboard. Thank you Tyler for a great job!

Tyler R. came to my home and fixed the issue QUICKLY. What’s been a pain for my family for atleast 2 weeks was solved in an instant. AND he was so knowledgeable and taught me how to solve the issue if it were to reoccur. Great dude! 10/10 recommend!

RJ Garage Door Service was fast and efficient in making the required repairs on our doors. Tyler had the part on his truck, replaced it quickly, informed us of the condition of our 20 year old doors and was a pleasant young man to have doing the job. I called in the morning and it was completed before our lunch appointment. Can't say much about the price - but what we needed was quick and competent work.

They came out and replaced the unit quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained in detail how the new unit operates.

I’d give 6 stars if I could. Tyler was incredible! I called this morning to have our weatherstripping inspected after a pest control inspector suggested we get it replaced. I was pleasantly surprised that RJ’s voluntarily offered a same day visit. Tyler, our technician, gave our garage a thorough look over and told us our weatherstripping was in good shape. He was honest, professional and very personable. He didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need even though he easily could have. He suggested some simple DIY options for me to do to fortify our garage. You don’t get many companies who are this honest anymore. Because this, RJ’s will get all of our future business! Thanks Tyler, you really showed us what being a good person looks like.

Horrible experience! Office staff and tech very unprofessional! I had a problem with their diagnosis and when I left a message for a call back they couldn't even call me back. They responded by texts with information I already knew then they called me sir when I'm clearly a woman which they would have known if they called me back. I got another company out here for a 2nd opinion and it turns out my garage door was fixable and didn't need to be completely replaced. Would not recommend this company at all!! I had to ask them to stop texting me.
The service was professional and Tyler was both thorough and friendly. I called the office around 8am for a broken garage door (spring), and the appointment schedule was honored for same day service about four hours later. The spring was replaced, and final adjustments were made at the motor to insure proper door closure with the cables. The repair was more expensive than what I had experienced in years past for the same issue, but I have no way of knowing how their competitors would have priced the work.
