He replies timely and is expert in land law. But rushed on my case; he preferred me paying unjustified fees instead of pushing back on the other party because the fees had nothing to do with the case at hand. At the end I didn’t have to pay any of these invalid fees thankfully but had I not been diligent I would have been out a few extra thousand dollars. The rest of the process was fine.
