Let me start by saying how grateful I feel to have found this team of great professionals that are helping us every step of the way in purchasing and creating our dream home in such paradise as the Riviera Maya! My husband and I after a long search we came across the videos of Oswaldo that right away got our attention; however, we were skeptical and we thought that for sure it would be the same experience as with previous realtors just lots of pressuring to make a purchase but we were incredibly surprise because from the first phone call he was warm, professional and just wanted us to have as much information as possible and never pressured us to make a purchase! We finally met in person and at that point Oswaldo had already introduce his colleague another amazing and experience real estate agent, Denisse which from the beginning has guided us through every process maintaining always her professionalism and giving us her undivided attention to answer every question we might have. We recently started traveling to Mexico. So we had started searching for a place to spend our much needed vacation. We visited quintana roo and fell in love with it.. We began to search for other places to visit when realized why not invest in a property. We came across the many developments that were happening in Tulum. We came across many videos and developments in this beautiful and magical place. It occured to us to reach and inform ourselves about it and this is when we met with Mr Luis Tijerina. We are so grateful we came into contact with him. He was very knowledgeable and informative with all of our questions and doubts we had. He was able to guide and advise us with the process of obtaining our dream home. Having to shop online for a home can be such a scary experience, but having Mr. Luis and all his dedication and attention has been a blessing. Even after everything he still takes time out of his own personal life to make sure we are good. Thank you Mr. Luis for helping us with our dreams.
