This is for Wayne and his staff remarkable very easy to approach understanding and the knowledge that he brings to the table is not just saying that he has knowledge he physically and verbally explain exactly everything you need to know about the stone you have how to deal with it how to treat it.
Wayne and his guys came to fix approximately 700 ft.² of damage Turkish veined marble that had a sealer that was not supposed to be placed on it and explained how they’re going to about to remediate this issue. The end result was phenomenal. They saved the stone they made the homeowner happy.
People like Wayne and his company are here for a reason because there’s people out there that take advantage of homeowners and utilize the wrong chemicals and substances and tell them they know what they’re doing and he is the last person that gets cold and his men and women on his team to rectify the problem that others have cause
Wayne and his team are the fixers. They are the problem solver because we have in this world unfortunately problem makers.
I think their team and if you are as meticulous as I am in my family and work hard for your money every cent every penny, you spend on Wayne you’re gonna get your moneys worth.

We’re glad Wayne and the team could clearly explain the process, use the right products, and deliver a phenomenal result that saved the stone and made the homeowner happy.
Their price was very competitive compared to other quotes we received, and the scheduling process was smooth.
However, the execution and cleanup left a lot to be desired. During the sealing process, a significant amount of sand and sealant ended up in our pool. By the time the job was finished, the pool water had turned cloudy and there was visible sediment settling on the bottom. It took several days of continuous filtration to start clearing it up.
We ultimately had to run the pool pump almost nonstop and add both stabilizer and enzymes to help break down the contaminants and restore water clarity. This required additional time, effort, and expense on our end that could likely have been avoided with better preparation and protection of the surrounding area.

Per our standard recommendations, we advise having a Certified Pool Operator check the chemistry and clean the filter following any major patio restoration. We understand the additional effort required on your part was unexpected, and we appreciate your patience as the water clarity was restored. Awesome work. We are very happy with the pressure washing. Cleaned up all black spots and all the spider webs. They have ensured that the exterior walls, panes and porch areas were thoroughly cleaned up. Would highly recommend their service.
