Goodlife has been managing my property for quite some time now. I wouldn't really consider anyone else, they truly maintain the condition of your home. Your tenants are taken care of and there's always someone available to assess their concerns as well as keeping me; the homeowner, in the loop. Zyra and all of the managers at Goodlife have been incredible to work with. The company as a whole understands how to balance the scale between tenant and homeowner. My home is a snapshot in time of where I raised my children and its been kept in that same condition while providing me comfort that other people get to enjoy that area. We love our San Diego home but the military decided we need to live overseas for a bit. We’ve had amazing success with Good Life Property Management. Recently, our tenants unfortunately had a slow drain in the bathroom sink. It wasn’t what we wanted to hear, especially while stationed halfway around the world. However, our property manager Gerald Medalla had us covered. He was able to coordinate with a plumber who found roots from our neighbor’s tree growing into our drainage line. The plumber was able to clear the obstruction and we have a plan going forward to make sure the tenants have working drains. It’s good to know people like Gerald are taking care of us and our tenants!
