RITE WAY came, investigated sent down a camera into an older house tub drain that was not working.
Project Manager Alan determined the old iron P-trap collapsed. He quickly organized the team to dig under the floor/tub to replace with quality materials and the fill in the hole with concrete when finished. Alan, Marco, Pete & Angela worked together quickly& Professionally to finish the job at the quoted price. Well done, thank you!

Called Rite Way for a second opinion on a leaking valve. Jake D took care of the issue within 5 minutes, no bull, just quick and easy. He did give us info for some work that would need to be done in time, but didn't pressure us. Just provided the resources and assisted best he could in the moment.

After an amazing 26 years of good function, one of our two AC units finally died about a month ago. Rite Way came highly recommended by friends who had recently replaced their HVAC system. They also have an huge number of reviews and 4.9 stars on Google. We had heard that they were on the expensive side, but after reviewing a few bids we found Rite Way's pricing to be very competitive. Additionally, we were impressed by our initial encounters with Michael, the tech who first came to evaluate, and then with Geoffrey, who presented the full proposals. They were both professional, knowledgable, and friendly, and we felt they provided us with honest assessments and information. After choosing to move forward, our installation was scheduled for 2 days later. The work was performed by two teams of two technicians, who worked for nearly 10 hours replacing two complete HVAC systems, inside and out. They provided a good overview of the system when finished, including how to use the new smart thermostats. The installation appears very clean and professional with excellent attention to detail, such as thick wire mesh at the base of the condensers to prevent critters from entering the units outside. We've now had the systems up and running for about a month and are very happy with our decision. We would easily recommend Rite Way to anyone in need of HVAC service, maintenance, or replacement.
Called these guys twice this year... first was for A/C service (where water was leaking thru my vents in the ceiling down to the carpet) back in July. Matt B was sent over, and he did a great job cleaning things and replacing the piping causing the dripping, on my system that really needed a good refresh.
Then this week Greg was sent over to help with two issues in my bathroom, a leaky faucet and parts that needed replacement in the toilet. Again, both issues were addressed (faster than I expected) and have a nice new faucet and functioning toilet again.
Both techs were great, friendly, and did a good job explaining the sources of the issues, and going over options. Much appreciation for helping with the fixes!
Update August 2026 - called RiteWay again after more issues with my A/C Unit. Jered and his teammate were sent over to take a look. This time the issue was beyond fixing as my Unit is just too old. But Jered and his coworker did what they could to help for quite some time, and I appreciate the effort.
Later it was Jay who came to assess and to go over my options and we settled on a system to be the replacement.
Today it was Daxton and his team who came for the installation. Did a great job despite the rain for a good part of the morning, and needing to increase the “cabinet” in my ceiling to fit the unit. A lot of work done today and it all went very well.
