We tried the restaurant again to see if any improvement. Sadly no food was still poor one order was wrong and we were made to feel it was our fault and they weren't happy to change the dish even though we pointed to what we wanted on the menu. The service was not great the only thing that has changed was the size of portions. Sorry to say not a good experience at all. Will never return

The owner is out of control.. so let's start , food was ok not brilliant, old fashioned,a copy from castelo. The gentleman was clearly intoxicated a d screaming with the staff, outrageous. His son Lulu Roberto is a bit rude but we like him because he also supports LGBTQ community and he's one of us..not going back
We had a family meal and it was a wonderful evening. The food was really good, generous portions. We had a lovely waiter who showed the grandchildren magic tricks and gave them lollies when they left, even though they were fit to burst! I really recommend Carola, it's a gem.
Wasn’t impressed this time, been coming for years different occasions felt quite rushed and unorganised. Big party so spent well but will not use again. Shame
Lord bless the chef
This restaurant is at the top of its game .Every visit is enjoyable and the food is excellent.Paula,Rui and their team offer a warm welcome ,fantastic food and friendly professional service..Our favourite local restaurant
Ordered Linguine all’Aragosta all freshly cooked and great Calamari Fritti with tartar sauce . Pizza and pasta fairly good. Generally good will definitely visit again with friends and family. Thumbs up
The outside is unassuming, the decor is 90s with background music from around the same era, if this worries you then please let the food speak for themselves. This is my 4th visit, we've not had a single bad dish. Flavours and textures were all perfect, portions, extremely generous. Even the house wine (white) was great, it wasn't just a standard Italian Pinot Grigio or Soave, it was a zesty one from Sicily, I took note of the grape called Grecanico. The food is way better than most expensive fancy Italian restaurants in the West End or Canary Wharf. In the photos: Burata and Sardines as starters, Ink Spaghetti With Seafood and their Paella could rival some of the best ones I've had in Valencia!
We were a party of 14 people, we ate here last night.
I had the sea bass, others in our group had various dishes from pizza , monk fish, ribs, steak , pasta ,the food was delicious and authentic Italian, service was friendly and great atmosphere in restaurant.
My first time visiting and I would definitely recommend and return.
Thank you for a fab experience xxx
We had a great dinner here, ordered the lasagne, pizza Siciliana, and banoffee pie for dessert. All of the food was delicious, wonderful value for money, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning
This place and food has such a classic European vibe, I loved it all, food is amazing, absolutely recommended, it's like a little diamond I have found just accidentally visiting this part of London!
Thank you guys, keep going, wonderful experience!
What an experience, have been driving passed for a few years and been meaning to pop in.
Today done just that me and the family decided to go and try it out.
Straight away got a warm welcome from the stuff, taken to our table. Got some drinks placed order and just chilled till food arrived. The presentation was spot on and the taste was fantastic from the main course to the dessert.
All and all great experience.
My fiance and I went last night for the first time. We had been recommended the place before, but with two young kids we never had the chance to go.
Last night was our first date night without children for almost a year - the staff did not know this but they were incredibly friendly and accomodating towards us, making the experience really special.
I had the lasagne and my partner had a seafood pasta dish - the lasagne was perfectly portioned and delicious. My partner was really happy with her dish too. The menu was very appetising and we will try something else next time as other tables food being served looked great.
I am not usually a dessert person, but seeing they had a tiramisu was too good to turn down. I am very glad I had this as it went down a treat. We were also sat next to the dessert fridge and preparation table - something the staff apologised for, but something that we thought uniquely added to the experience and was just one part of a cosy and immersive atmosphere.
Will definitely be back!
The food was amazing, literally tasted like I was back in Italy amazing portions and tasty food. I was so full and happy when I left.
