This is such a great studio- I have been to so many studios in the Western Cape and Eastern Cape and RAD is so awesome! Such a positive and fun environment to socialise and exercise. We always have personalised routines and conditioning exercises depending on our skill level and if we have injury. It’s an amazing place to focus on achieving goals an poses or stretches- you will be shocked at the levels you can achieve with some professional guidance and positivity!!

I fell in love with pole because of Cayla. She is professional, teaching you precise techniques to master any move. Her classes are also fun, I look forward to going there every week. Additionally she is the hype girl anyone needs in their corner. I have gained confidence, and I am gaining more and more strength with every class. My experience with Rising Aerial Dance has been invaluable to say the least.

The best pole dancing studio in PE! Having tried others, I can say that Rising Aerial Arts is the best place to learn pole dancing in this city. While designed to help you improve, the lessons are tailored to my needs and how I am feeling on the day. I have been able to build strength, confidence and learn this skill in a safe & supportive environment, which is all I could ask for!

Thoroughly enjoyed every session with Cayla over the past 6 months, she's a total sweetheart to train with. She's quick to find what you're struggling with and will give you specific techniques and exercises next time you see her. She ALWAYS builds you up and reassures you during sessions, so when your session ends you leave there feeling like a total boss! There is no one else I would recommend!

Cayla has a professional approach towards her students and helps to make me feel comfortable even when my strength is being pushed. She is always positive and her words of encouragement helps me to gain the confidence when combos are tricky. Her training in pole instruction is noticed when she speaks of the muscle that needs to be engaged and focus on when doing certain moves. She also reminds you a lot which helps me to stay focussed when doing certain moves. I love our classes!
