We signed up for a 7 day Yoga Retreat and ended up staying almost 3 weeks, joining classes in a Teacher Training Course. The staff, the food, the teachers, the classmates, the excursions were all really excellent. Truly friendly, helpful and laid back at the same time. Great atmosphere. I had a 3 day retreat here. It was truly an amazing experience and the place felt like home. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and meals are healthy and nutritious. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful. The sessions especially the morning Pranayam and evening meditation were very calming and felt amazing. I will come here again for a longer period when time permits.

I visited for a 5 day retreat and this was definitely a retreat for my body mind and soul. Not just that but I got to learn so much about Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga , ayurveda and yoga philosophy. I am coming again for regular yoga classes. The sound healing session was rejuvenating for my body and mind. I got clarity after it about my goals. We got to visit Kunjapuri temple and the sunrise was mesmerising. I made new friends and had meaningful conversations. Loved my stay here and the food was delicious. Thankyou so much to all teachers.

I did 100 hours yoga trainer training program at Rishikesh yoga valley, highly recommend this institute for training program. Good natured staff, both teaching and non teaching, and very helpful. They really take care of trainees. Enjoyed my stay, food is good, private room is decent with hot water geyser. We did 3 outings during my 10 days of stay. Planning to do my remaining 100 hours later this year.

I had a really nice experience at this yoga school. I came here for a 100-hour retreat, and honestly the rooms, teachers, and facilities are all very good. During my stay, I was taught Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, and Ayurveda Yoga. A special thanks to Neeraj Sir, who taught Ashtanga Yoga in a very clear and effective way, and Upendra Sir, whose Pranayama sessions were excellent and easy to understand. The people here are also very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The facilities are well maintained, and the food was really nice and nourishing. One thing to keep in mind: if you are planning to come here, it’s better to opt for the 200-hour Yoga TTC, because the curriculum is the same for people coming for a short stay (like 10 days) and for those receiving a TTC certificate. Overall, it was a positive and enriching experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone serious about yoga practice.

I miss so much Kamal's classes. I thinl i would never meet a teacher and person like him. I was attending presential Kamal classes in Tapovan (Rishikesh) last year and I can confidently say that his classes are a perfect blend of physical challenge and mental relaxation, making each session a truly holistic experience. His instructions are clear and precise, ensuring that you can follow along comfortably and safely. One of the aspects I appreciate most is his attention to alignment and technique, having a wide understanding of body anatomy. Personally, he is one in a million person. His genuine passion for yoga, teaching and helping people are truly inspiring. I am grateful to have meet him, as a Yoga Instructor, and above, as a person. Always thank you Kamal ¡Gracias! Amazing individual attention given by all the teachers and meditation especially good ! I found a love for Yoga Alignment and Hatha . I would ad though that Ashtanga is a favourite! Unfortunately the food is amazing so no that was a big issue that I had to overcome and test my boundaries. I found it just too good to pass up on . ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently completed the 100-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Rishikesh Yoga Valley, and it was truly a transformative experience. As a long-time Hatha Yoga practitioner, this course helped me deepen my existing knowledge, refine my alignment with a rational and practical approach, and discover new layers of practice. The philosophy and anatomy classes were especially valuable—clear, profound, and directly applicable to both practice and teaching. What impressed me most is that the teachers here are living examples of yoga—they don’t just teach, they live what they share. Their presence, energy, and guidance created a very sattvic and uplifting environment throughout the training. The course is beautifully structured—10 days, 100 hours—and suitable for everyone: whether you’re a complete beginner, a serious practitioner, or even a yoga teacher looking to refresh, realign, and expand your skills. On top of that, the food was nourishing and delicious, the accommodation very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I’m very glad I joined this training, and I know I will return—because yoga is limitless in its depth and perfection. Highly recommended! 🌿🙏

As a complete beginner, I was nervous about starting yoga. But this training changed everything! The pace was perfect, and Kamal Ji was very patient and encouraging. Every session helped me grow in confidence and ability. If you're thinking about giving yoga a try, I can't recommend this training enough! It was a beautiful journey inward. The emphasis on breath, meditation, and mindfulness helped me reconnect with myself in ways I didn’t expect.

Done my teacher training course at Rishikesh Yoga Valley, and the experience was beyond what I had imagined. The environment is peaceful, the teachers are truly dedicated, and the teachings stay true to the roots of traditional yoga. The food was healthy, and nourishing, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Being surrounded by the natural beauty of Rishikesh added to the entire experience.
