Stop and sip with NO RESERVATIONS!!!Beautiful place to bring your entire family and friends! We were driving around trying to find an open winery/vineyard. Being Americans, I did not foresee the issue of going somewhere for wine. The gate was open and we drove in. The owner approached us and encouraged us to park and enjoy his work. We had a tasting that was sooo cheap in comparison to anywhere else we experienced across the region. Looking back, there were no bad choices amongst his wines. We had a lovely conversation about life and why he chose the names of his wines. He showed us around his cellar, and allowed us to walk to the top of his property to see the sunset over the water in the background. We bought two bottles and enjoyed them as intended, while in Florence. I cannot wait to see you again when we visit with our future children!!
Ci sono tanti luoghi splendenti, rinomati, famosi che luccicano e attraggono ma a volte bisogna saper distinguere e non farsi abbagliare... ed è proprio per questo che possiamo dire che la Cava si distingue!!!

An absolute pleasure! We held our daughter's Welcome Party for a destination wedding she had in Italy in October 2025, coming all the way from Trinidad and Tobago, and let me say it was one the most memorable experiences of our lifetime. Our 100 guests made their way to Italy from many parts of the world and we celebrated splendidly together. The owner Tossio and his wife Jasmine are gems and were the perfect hosts. This winery presented the perfect environment, energy and vibe for our Caribbean party with the most beautiful Tuscan Sunset.

Wunderschönes Weingut mit sehr netten und aufgeschlossenen Eigentümern! Der Ausblick über die Weinberge bis zum Meer – und bei guter Sicht sogar bis nach Korsika – ist traumhaft. Für Kinder gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz, und der Wein sowie das Olivenöl sind hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Abbiamo conosciuto La Cava Winery da poco, siamo entusiasti del bellissimo posto, la gentilezza e la professionalità di Mario ... abbiamo già prenotato la degustazione per noi & il nostro "Staff" a LA ROULOTTE DEL MALANDRONE per festeggiare fine stagione
We tasted the wine in a restaurant and decided to visit to buy some wine. Reservation was not necessary and we'vd got a very warm welcome. As soon as we enterd we got some great wine to taste. After we buyd some we sat down at the terras where our kids could play. The owner stopt for a quick chat, offert us some olive oil and asked if we would like some wine.
He told us a lot about the winery, the region and it was a great experience!!

A beautifully situated vineyard run by a loving and dedicated team. The location and surroundings are indescribable, as are the wines and olive oil. A personal guide will take you through the vineyards, olive groves, and through various organic white and red wines, especially the combination with the delicious olive oil. Highly recommended if you're looking to enjoy a local wine paired with homemade olive oil, guided by very loving and passionate people.
Best wine tasting experience (and wines) I’ve ever had in Tuscany, I’d give it a 6* honestly. All 4 wines tried were amazing, food was perfect to accompany the wines and the staff showing us around and explaining everything was knowledgeable, objective and super friendly. We will be back for sure!
Ongeveer een week geleden hebben wij hier een wine tasting gedaan. Het was geweldig! We werden ontvangen door Mario en kregen eerst een rondleiding. De passie en het plezier spatte er van af. Daarna gingen we de wijnen proeven, inclusief mooi uitzicht en heerlijke kaas, vlees, brood en olijfolie. We voelden ons heel goed verzorgd door Mario en hebben een geweldige ervaring gehad. Heerlijke wijnen!
Très bonne expérience dans cette cave à vin, serveur vraiment amical et professionnel, nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Gisteren einde dag deze plek bezocht. Ondanks dat we geen reservering hadden, werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Mario. Een aantal mooie wijnen (cava, wit en rood) mogen proeven en wat toelichting gekregen.
Zeker een aanrader om langs te gaan, zeer vriendelijk en lekkere wijn. Een leuke speelplek voor kinderen erbij. We komen zeker eens terug, dankjewel!
