I recently had my apartment painted by Rios Interior Corp., and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, thorough, and incredibly considerate. They were always willing to work with me, made me feel part of the process, and truly cared about delivering quality.
The end result is breathtaking — something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and seeing it finally become a reality means a lot to me. I’m deeply grateful to my cousin and his team for their dedication and pride in their craft. They not only met my expectations but surpassed them.

I just used Rios for a gut renovation of my bathroom. I love the way it looks. They did a phenomenal job. What was really important for me was how they sent video and photos at the end of each workday so I could see the progress and ask any questions. Very professional. I highly recommend them.

I want to write a helpful review.My experience with Rios interiors corporation...Unprecedented. I reached out after seeing them on instagram. They responded fairly quickly. I walked them through primary scope of intended work and potential work after completion of the first. I received a detailed estimate quickly. They started a few weeks after I accepted. Jonathan and the project manager were communicative, helpful, thorough, respectful and considerate. The men and women on the team showed incredible dedication to craftsmanship of their respective specialties. They protected the spaces, were on early always and cleaned up daily. I have had many contractors come in over the 26 years in my house, Rios interiors has been the absolute best experience EVER. I do not doubt I will have them working here again. I hired them for one project and in less than 8 wks they completed 3 totally separate projects efficiently and beautifully!

I came across Rios Interiors on Instagram, admired their work, and decided to follow
them. Just to clarify, the shared last name is purely coincidental.
I planned to hire Rios Interiors for my home renovations. As someone of Hispanic descent, supporting this Hispanic-owned business was important to me.
On November 8, 2023, around 11 am, I called the office number and spoke with someone named Stephanie. While I am generally understanding of busy periods, I experienced consecutive holds every time I provided details like my name, phone number, address, and email—four lengthy holds in total. Regardless Stephanie assured that an agent would contact me, no follow-up occurred.
Attempting a follow-up call on 11/09/23, the three times I called the office number, they picked up and promptly hung up, without explanation or callback attempts. After failing to connect with the office number, I reached out to at the second number listed. A man, whom I'll refer to as John, answered. I explained my previous attempt, expressed my interest in their services, and requested an appointment for an estimate to initiate the project. John inquired about my experience with the office number, I informed John that each time I called, they simply hung up on me. John then stated that he lacked the authorization to respond to calls for the second number listed. It remains unclear why John chose to answer the call in the first place. However, John assured me he would address my situation with the owner later that night, ensuring the owner contacts me and informing him of my last name.
The employees seemed more concerned with my last name than with providing assistance, even though I’m just a regular customer.
On both calls I detailed my project requirements, and if this business lacked the expertise or resources for the job, they should have communicated that upfront. This experience has been disappointing, and it's essential to share for others to avoid potential frustrations.
Today is Friday, November, 24th, and I have yet to receive a callback or an email.
The fact that my last name matches was purely coincidental. I have no connection with these individuals, and my intention wasn't to seek special treatment or discounts. I was merely trying to support a local Hispanic owned business, and it seems I may not have been contacted likely due to my last name.
Save your time; conduct thorough research. There are much better contractors out there who are available and responsive. This level of unprofessionalism is something I've never encountered before. I'm somewhat grateful I didn't hire them, as this seems indicative of what one could expect.

Jonathan is a great manager, advisor, and designer. He is a clear communicator, answering all questions regarding the various facets of the work involved, as well as its scope and length.
Jonathan was on the site on a daily basis and kept me abreast of the work. He sent me photos and answered any questions I might have had. He finished on time and delivered the goods flawlessly. I highly recommend!
