Very bad information provided trough out the whole process. Getting us in big problems. I would not recommend renting a car with them.

Reliable and easy to use! A shuttle picked us up at the airport and returned us to the terminal on our last day. The guys that ran the shuttle and office were friendly and helpful. Very responsive.

Meilleure agence de location de l’Islande. Accueillant, bienveillant. Ils ont été exemplaires sur tout le long de la location. Nous avons eu un défaut filtre antipollution au début, nous avons été de suite rassurés (et effectivement le voyant était éteint en prenant davantage la route…!) Nous avons eu éventuellement un impact sur le pare-brise (chose qui arrive souvent en Islande en raison des vents et croisement de voiture, ayez une bonne assurance!) et tout a été réglé en ordre ! Le transfert à l’hôtel et l’aéroport est un plus, très confortable, nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur l’île du sud ! Nous reprendrons Ring Rental pour une expédition au nord. Une sixième étoile s’impose ! Takk ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hi Ring car rental & readers. David here. First : THANK YOU Ring car brothers! Just came back from 14 days of road trip (4350km) around Iceland ring road and F-road. I rented a dacia duster 2022/2023. The whole experience was smooth : pick up on time at airport, signing the paper, checking the car and explaining the basics of Iceland driving ! They don’t force insurance on you, which is pleasant, and they won’t try and scam you later by finding a small non-existent dent on your car. They are honest people, which is rare in this line of business. Trust them, trust the reviews (they are legitimate). Thank you Iceland 🥹

Uitstekend service. We zijn op tijd opgehaald op de luchthaven en ook teruggebracht. De 4x4 wagen was top en zeer geschikt voor de verharde wegen.

We rented Dacia Duster 4x4. The car was as expected, covered all our requirements. The pick up and drop off was smoothless. Although the travel agency mixed the location, Ring car rental was able to bring the car where we wanted, so really helpfull and saved for us day of our vacation. After drop off they drove us to the airport. All staff very polite.

I highly recommend Ring Rental! We had no problems or hassles with our car. The Ring Rental people are wonderful and very helpful explaining everything you need to know. Booking was easy online. We were very happy with this company and would definitely rent from them again!

C'était la troisième fois que je louais une voiturer chez RING. A chaque fois les voitures sont en moins bon état. Ma Mitsubishi ne tirait pas droit sur la route et le volant tremblait parfois. Une autre personne aurait certainement rendue la voiture. Elle était cabossée. Le service n'était pas à jour. La pression des pneus n'étaient pas visible. Les pneus avant étaient fortement usés (pas légal vers la fin du voyage) et il a neigé dans le nord de l'ile! Il n'y avait également pas le câble de chargement. Nous n'avons pas pu charger la voiture 5 fois (les guest house le permettaient). Nos remarques n'ont pas été prises au sérieuses, ils s'en fichent complètement à vrai dire. Je sais bien que les prix sont plus bas que la concurrence mais svp les gas, faites un effort.

Très bonne agence de location. Aucun problème pour le dépôt de garantie malgré que l'on ait des cartes de débit et non de crédit. La voiture était très bien, fonctionnelle et bien aménagée. Ils nous ont récupéré et déposé à l'aéroport. Je recommande pour un roadtrip en Islande !!

We had a good experience with Ring. Pick up at the airport was smooth and also dropping off. The Dacia Duster is a reliable 4x4, we did some river crossings without any problems. Nice to rent from a local company, run by 2 brothers

We encountered a flat tire during one of our drives and Ring helped to source local toll companies however they were extremely costly. One of the owners, Gunni, drove over 4 hours in the rain and cold to help us with a flat tire. Despite the challenging conditions we felt we were in very safe hands with Ring car rental, their service goes above and beyond.

We booked a Dacia Duster 4x4 2023, but we got an older model (which actually was offered for a lower price). We got the price difference refunded after requesting it when returning. As far as we have seen, the same happened to a number of other persons as well. The car itself was in a questionable condition. Breaks, turbo of the engine, the ventilation and windscreen wipers did not work as they should. In addition, it was documented that we got it with 8/8 fuel, but it was just 6/8 full. It is the first time that I write such a review, since I was very disappointed about the business practice of Ring Rental, after I have chosen this company based on the good reviews on Google. In my opinion it is not fair to the customers, who spend quite some money for renting a car in Iceland. I have no experience with any other rental company in Iceland, but our experience from driving 16 days in Iceland is that 95% of the rental cars we have seen were in a better condition as the one we got from Ring Rental.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix, Duster 4*4 de 2023 totalement conforme à la description et en excellent état avec 680000km au compteur. Parfait pour les routes F et consommation de 4.4l de moyenne sur 2800km. Equipe jeune dynamique et sympathique. Prise en charge et retour à l'aéroport en quelques minutes. Check-in et check-out rapides. Je recommande vivement Ring Car Rental.
