I’m really happy with my new window! From start to finish, the service was excellent. The installation was done professionally, efficiently and with great attention to detail. Sean was friendly, tidy and clearly took pride in his work. Window look fantastic and has made such a difference. I’m very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional window company.

From my first enquiry to finished installation was 4 weeks. Ricky was super helpful , polite and very approachable. The door and windows are very good quality and fitting by his team was carried out super quick and all the old windows and door were taken away by his team. They were a friendly bunch of lads who left no mess and cleaned up after the fitting was complete. Superb company. I would recommend to anyone who asks. Thanks Ricky and team. Andy R

Just had replacement garage doors and widows and panels fitted by RILU. The guys have done an amazing job and clearly make a great team! Very friendly and efficient and a pleasure to have on site. Site was cleared and cleaned and all rubbish removed by the team, you'd hardly know that they'd been there. The end results were better than we had hoped for, with quality products and quality service at a very reasonable price and in an extremely quick time frame. Well done RILU and thank you! Would happily deal with you again, next on the list - garage roof!

Amazing service from start to finish. Communication was good and clear.A quick turn around of just 2 months from first contact to new windows and doors being fitted. Once the date was set, it did not get changed and the team arrived to the minute of when they said they would. Despite the pouring rain the team did an excellent job of fitting windows and doors, showing clear experience and all done with a great attitude. I would definitely and already have recommended RILU.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently used RILU Windows and Doors to replace our flat roof, install a new roof lantern and fit a new skylight, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From receiving the quote to having the work completed was a matter of weeks, which in Guernsey is almost unheard of! The whole process was extremely professional, straightforward and efficient from start to finish. The work itself was completed quickly, to a very high standard and at a competitive price. What impressed us most was simply how easy RILU were to deal with and how quickly they got the job booked in and completed. When you’re dealing with a roof replacement or repairs, the last thing you want is to be waiting months for the work to start. A genuinely professional company that does what it says it will do and gets the job done. Very impressed and would happily recommend RILU.

Update..brilliant after care too... I preferred not to have a letterbox in door and Ricky sorted it out with no charge and no hassle, what a great company, amazing! Not to have Brilliant service from first contact to fitting and I have no doubt that in the unlikely event of any future issues that Ricky and his team would be there to sort it out. WOW!!!!! Fantastic company. The minute I met Ricky i had complete confidence they would do a brilliant job. We had EWI system in place already, so they had to be really careful, and they were. From cutting around the frames and carefully removing them it was flawless. Everything went to plan, and was completed within a few days. (The composite door had to be fitted a week later as the manufacturer hadn't made it in time for the fitting as it was when we had the heatwave). Attention to detail in fitting and completion was fantastic. Great lads, polite, nothing was too much trouble (taking down blinds etc). A pleasure to work with, always on time and communication was second to none. I really recommend this company. From the quote to completion was very quick. Thank you so much. A 5 star review. RILU, Exceptional service and craftsmanship Firstly Ricky and his entire team were amazing. Professional, friendly and very hard working. We came across Rilu on line as we couldn’t find anybody local to replace our utility. We contacted Ricky who informed us he was in Guernsey and he came around the following day, three days later we received a quote. Rilu seemed too good to be true. However, around 6 weeks later we now have a newly built utility all completed to a very high standard and from start to finish took them just 4 days, we were blown away. They cleared up everything, taking old windows, rubbish etc. back to the UK so no skip or extra cost to dump any waste. We put a 5 star review, however, they deserve so many more stars. It was nice to see a firm taking such pride in their work and working so well altogether. Totally recommend Rilu, professional, competitively priced, friendly, respectful. You won’t be disappointed, far from it. Thanks again to you all.

Fantastic communication, arrived on site when they said they would, did a fab job and left the house clean and tidy.
