We have used Riley Tutoring to help our son catch up on missed maths lessons prior to his GCSEs. Our son is working with Joe who is currently studying at university. Joe created a WhatsApp group for the three of us where he provides detailed lesson feedback and homework. My son can contact him directly to modify tuition times and topics. The weekly tuition sessions have helped my son jump from a 5 to an 8 in his mocks. Great work from both Joe and my son.
Riley Tutoring has again been excellent. We used for GCSE and now ‘A’ Level. Liana is a really capable prepared and challenging A-Level Maths tutor and has given my daughter a good grounding and confidence in terms of breaking down the logic and maximising approach in questions. All round really happy.

We have been extremely happy with Riley Tutoring. So much so that both my son and daughter receive tutoring through Riley Tutoring. Lauren takes time to understand the needs of each student and matches them well with her team of tutors. Our son’s A-Level Math tutor Gabriel is knowledgeable, patient, and explains complex equations in a clear and engaging way, which has helped my son feel more confident and prepared for his exams next year. He has also helped guide my son on some of the university courses that work well with his interests and A-Levels which we really value.
My daughter’s Spanish tutor Lucie and Ackshanna her Biology tutor have also had a very positive impact on my daughter’s confidence and knowledge as she prepares for her GCSE exams. They have connected well and explain the course work in a way that my daughter finds interesting.
Each tutor provides feedback after each session which gives a clear summary of what was covered, how our son and daughter are progressing, and any areas to focus on next.
The set homework gives the students time to reflect on what they have learned which we think is very important.

Communication between the tutors, parents, and my DD is excellent (using What's App and emails). It’s reassuring to know that everyone is kept in the loop and working together to support my DD's progress. When my DD couldn't connect at the 1st lesson (new for her), I received a phone call within a few minutes asking if everything was okay. Then a link was sent to my DD's email in order to start the lessons promptly.

With Tiya's Chemistry tutoring, her grades shot up from a 3 to an 8 in her most recent mocks! Hannah's help in English built her confidence, leading to a leap from a 6 to an 8. Lauren tutored my daughter in GCSE chemistry and I would highly recommend her! Riley tutoring has been fantastic at supporting my daughter with her Chemistry A Level. Her tutor Vidhi, has been brilliant! The lessons were delivered with regards to my daughter’s requests for areas she was struggling with. The lessons were always clearly structured, and followed up with some supporting paperwork, and home study that Vidhi would be happy to mark and return. My daughter found Vidhi to be friendly and easy to work with, as Vidhi makes it OK to ask any question, or repeat things if necessary, and finds ways to explain things differently when needed.
I highly recommend this professional service for anyone looking to support or fill gaps in their child’s knowledge.
