Needed to upgrade my gas boiler heater called Right on plumbing quick scheduling next day service talked to master Plumber Dave sent his plumbing tech Sammy over to do a new install everything efficient 2025 System set up. Couldn’t ask for a better company The plumbing tech Sammy explained everything walked me through the process said don’t worry come back after lunch4 1/2 hours later Plumbing tech Sammy had the systemup and running price was great quality work, Exceptional !!!
There was a leak, now there is no leak.the text msg said Kyle was coming the card he left had the name Adam, I never asked him for sure what his name was. He worked hard, got it done and cleaned up. I was in a bind as I was about to start a complete kitchen renovation and would be traveling internationally while it was happening. Living in an older 55+ community where the houses were built 50 years ago, I needed a water line installed for my refrigerator and some spigots moved. I had planned this months in advance, but the plumbing company I originally hired ghosted me at the last minute. In a rush to find someone reliable, skilled, and reasonably priced, a friend referred me to Right On Heating, Air & Home Improvements—and I couldn’t be happier!
Owner Dave came out promptly, assessed the job, and committed to getting it done. He sent out Kyle and Tom, who did an amazing job. Not only did they handle the plumbing perfectly, but they also fixed a valve in my guest bathroom sink that no one else had been able to fix—free of charge (shh, don’t tell Dave!).
Since I was out of town, they also took care of all the necessary permits with the town, saving me time and stress. The kitchen is about two weeks from completion, but the plumbing work is done, and I am beyond satisfied. Right On is everything you want in a contractor: professional, punctual, communicative, and they even left the place cleaner than they found it. Highly recommend!

Cody and Scott were out today, replaced a toilet and vanity. They took their time making the right adjustments, to make me happy. This old house is a challenge and they worked very hard to make this project work. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They arrived on time and got the job done. Everything seems to be working fine. They were able to send someone to my home within 48 hours of scheduling which was nice. So no complaints as to services rendered. However, definitely feel the price for my job was very high. I needed my garbage disposal switched out as mine died and the sink was backing due to it not turning on. I was not able to remove/replace it myself. I was not provided a price over the phone only told its a $89 fee to come out to price it and assess the situation. Im familiar with companies having such fees but many put that fee toward the overall total (not the case here). So once they arrived I was told it $89 + $276 to install the supplied unit. I just went ahead with it as I was out $89 regardless. The two guys were already back in their truck by the one hour mark. So $365 for barely one hour of work. Just seems pretty steep and feel a bit taken advantage of. I dont think I would have used them if I was provided pricing over the phone. Again no issues with the services rendered the men were efficient and respectful especially given my toddler was very curious about what they were doing.
