Jeff saved my life. He was referred to me by a trusted source. I was at my wits end trying to find a place for my husband with a progressive terminal disease that no one seemed to have any experience with. After 2 years, I was unable to care for him at home. My mom was in independent living and needed to go to the next step with more care after several falls. Right Direction was recommended to me by a senior living community very close to where I live in the Bluffview area.
I loved the fact that Jeff and I had a very detailed conversation on my mother and her personality, likes and dislikes, and what was important to her, and me, in a care facility. I felt as though he truly listened and wanted to find the best choices for our family needs.
Jeff maintains relationships with the communities in the Dallas area and visits them frequently to keep up with facility updates and changes in management. He talks with the residents and gets a feel for resident morale. I chose a great facility that would have been a wonderful fit, but sadly my mom ended up in the hospital and then on hospice.
