George and Gio were calm and professional throughout. It was so nice having them in the house as they did everything with great care and much faster than I could have imagined and yet always remained calm and focused. They moved big furniture and did multiple pick up moving us from london to Bath. Definitely recommend them! Nice guys!!

Unfortunately, Right Removals' Team broke our swivel open kitchen table in the process of moving. Even worse, they are refusing to take any responsibility for it. We have received a series of fairly rambling responses, whereby they have admitted that their team damaged the table - even though they do not seem to recognize that they have admitted to it? Long explanations of disputes are intensely boring to recount, so here are the highlights: - Movers tried to take our table apart and told us they couldn't. - Then informed us it has 'come loose and needed some glue to fix' - We retrieve from storage weeks later - the top is totally removed from the bottom. They have suggested gluing it back together - you obviously cannot do this with a swivel mechanism, it NEEDS TO MOVE. They have refused to sort this out or take accountability for breaking a £400 piece of furniture. I am sure they will send a nasty response about me being stupid of a nightmare etc, but hey, thought I'd share my honest experience!

We regret to hear that.
Our response remains the same as in previous our conversations.
Upon our team’s arrival and commencement of furniture Removal, we observed that the table exhibited sings of weakness and a loss of its low section. At the same time, we informed your partner of the tables damage.
Your partner expressed genuine appreciation for our prompt notification and the demonstration of the condition.
( this confirmation was communicated to me via email correspondence)
After the month, you relocated from the storage facility and engaged with a Removals company. Subsequently, you contacted us and presented me with a completely broken table, which we are unable to accept and compensate for.

We hope that this review will be removed from the platform in the near future.
