Had a one-on-one trial Pilates session with Kindi yesterday and had a great experience. I’d highly recommend this studio for anyone whose body needs adjustments, or for those who prefer more thorough guidance. The studio itself is minimalist and comfortable, creating a calm and focused atmosphere.

I am from Germany and currently staying one week in Jakarta. I found this studio close to my place and booked the trial lesson. Via was amazing! She explained the exercise very well and I had a lot of fun during the session. She aligned the intensity of the exercise specifically to my level of experience (Pilates beginner, Yoga practitioner).
