Committed and Honest Roofing Company
Jared and Ridge Valley Exteriors exceeded my expectations. Jared was very thorough and honest about the whole process, guiding us through insurance claim process. We had multiple roofing companies in the neighborhood, but only Ridge Valley was committed enough to help us through the initial insurance denial of a full claim. With the help of a PA, we were able to negotiate a full replacement. The days of replacement went well and we had no issues at all. I honestly cannot recommend them enough.

Great Company,Work and People
My husband and I were looking for a roofing company, and one day this gentleman knocked on our door. It was Javier from Ridge Valley Exteriors. I told him it was his lucky day. He called his supervisor and they went on the roof, took pictures and told us what needed to be done. Then Javier gave us the history of the company and showed us the samples of their product. He answered our questions professionally and with ease. He definitely knew about the product. We were pleased and signed the contract. They were very professional and delivered everything that was promised. I would definitely recommend this company. Again we would like to thank Javier and the other staff.

Scam Artist - Don’t think one second about using them to perform any work
If I could give a zero star review I would. Do not for one second consider or think about using this company to put shingles on your roof or perform any other work on your home....Overpriced, poor quality, and zero customer service.
I contacted Ridge Valley Exteriors to replace the defective shingles I had on my roof (CertanTeed) which kept breaking off and falling onto the yard. Insurance was contacted and agreed to replace the roof (~$33,000). Since Ridge Valley put the new roof on (2.5 years ago) I've had six different water leaks at different locations in my house. I've requested to have them put a new roof on my house multiple times, but they keep trying to find reasons why they will not do it. It has been over a month since the most recent leak was detected and they are trying to find a way to get out of performing the repairs to the roof and the damage to the house. I even had one of the Ridge Valley technicians come out and review the latest leaks. The technician sent me a document in writing stating that the leaks are definitely due to a workmanship issue associated with the installation of the shingles. I've requested to speak to the owner to try and resolve this issue, but they refuse to have him call me or provide his phone number.
Contacted shingle manufacture (Owens Corning) since they were considered an approved installer for the shingles. They informed me that ridge valley never submitted my warranty information and because iod this I now only have a 10 year warranty.
I also found out today that I paid ridge valley for installation off new roof flashing, however they re-installed the old flashing.
Ridge Valley Exteriors did an awesome job with replacing my roof after a wind storm! They came out & did a free inspection. My rep Brandon "Reece" was nothing short of AMAZING! He was super responsive ANY TIME OF THE DAY & answered every one of my THOUSANDS of questions I had. He made sure that if he wasn't 100% sure of the answer, he would find out asap & connect back with me! I definitely recommend using this company. They worked fast & ensured I understood the process! GREAT JOB REECE!!
NEW ROOF NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME!
I called Ridge Valley because I was told by a gutter cleaning service that I might have damage from the last storms to hit our area.
Nathan was out the very next day and inspected the roof and to my great relief, he informed my that there was no storm damage. The roof was aging and there were a couple of spots he informed me that were showing signs of age, but that the roof did not need to be replaced at this time. I was so impressed with the honesty and professionalism! Nathan informed me that it would need to be replaced in 3 to 5 years barring any severe storm damage. I used Ridge Valley 15 years ago when I put my current roof on and in 3 to 5 years I will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Ridge Valley Exteriors!

Honest and Trusted - Didn't Need a New Roof!
After the recent severe storms, I was told by a gutter cleaning company that I might have damage to my roof.
I called Ridge Valley Exteriors to inspect and give me an estimate on replacing my approximately 15 year old roof. Nathan with Ridge Valley Exteriors came out the next day and to my pleasant surprise, told me that my roof was not damaged and did not need to be replaced.
He pointed out a couple of spots that were showing signs of age and estimated that I may still have 3-5 years left before it really needed to be replaced barring any severe storm damage.
I can not tell you how much I appreciate this level of honestly in this day of age. He could have easily taken advantage of the situation, (what do I know about roofs??), but Nathan instead chose to be honest and professional.
I highly recommend Ridge Valley Exteriors! I believe them to be a honest and trustworthy company. In 3-5 years, when I need to replace my roof, Ridge Valley Exteriors will be who I call!

However a couple of months ago I noticed that some shingles have detached. I have called on 3 different occasions asking that someone come and repair. Each time I was told that someone would contact me but no one ever does.
It appears I will have to pay another roofer to come correct the job.
We really don't know where to start the praise and appreciation we experienced during this project getting our roof inspected and moving through the process new roof installation. Seth, Blair, Sally and Lisa were awesome, professional and customer focused. The crew who showed up and completed the installation was totally amazing and still have my neighbors in awes. I was dreading this project before I met and interacted with this team. Do yourself a favor and and contact Ridge Valley Exteriors. Inc. for your roofing or other needs. . No games no grimic truly genuine.. I have made referrals to all my network...
The gave me an honest inspection and are very kind as well as helpful.

We used Ridge Valley Exteriors to replace our roof, which was falling apart. We have Allstate Insurance, so we knew going in that there would be a battle! David, our salesman, helped us navigate the process every step of the way until we had a paid claim, which took several months of back and forth with the insurance. Once we were past that hump, David came and sat down with us in our home and discussed the process and showed us what was covered and showed us possible upgrades if we wanted them. There was never any pressure to buy anything that we did not want and the team that came out was fast, professional and thorough. We could not be more pleased with the final result!

The experience I had with Ridge Valley was abysmal and lacked all professionalism.
Our roof was replaced after a storm came through and Ridge Valley confirmed my final payment not once, but twice, after its completion. A representative of Ridge Valley, came and personally collected the check. I was assured by him on multiple occasions through the process that no surprise charges would come my way.
About 3 weeks after giving them their final payment, they inform me that I now owe even more. After sending Lisa Wilson countless messages and emails detailing the final amount that was given to me, she was unapologetic and even went as far as forging an email that was sent to both Ridge Valley and myself by my insurance company regarding a payment amount. She used quotations from the email and added numbers in the email that did not exist in the original that was sent to us. This is extremely unprofessional and shows the lack of professionalism and foolish behavior by Ridge Valley from the top down.
If you want a business that has strong character and quality communication to work with, I would choose any company that is not Ridge Valley. I will never support a business that deals with customers in the unprofessional and arrogant way that Ridge Valley did.
David Calderón helped me get the roof replaced on my property, he did everything he could to get the job done. He talked to the insurance people and showed them the damage the roof had. He guide me through the whole process and was available at any time to respond any questions I had. I recommend David 100% he is a great guy. Thank you so much.
Ridge valley installed my roof on 9/23/2022 which was less than a week before hurricane Ian. I was expecting to see some shingles missing after the hurricane because of how strong the winds were. To my surprise there wasnt a single shingle missing. Its clear that Ridge Valley knows how to properly install a roof with no short cuts taken.
