I had an amazing experience with this company from start to finish. Their customer service was outstanding — they got me a quote quickly and answered every question I had along the way. I ended up having all the plumbing replaced in my modular home, inside and out, plus heat wrap installed and a new water heater.
They finished the job a full day ahead of schedule, which meant I was able to get my water turned back on sooner than expected. They even coordinated with the insulation installer to make the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!

Was having some issues with my outdoor water faucets when I used hoses (water squirting out) and also water dripping when the faucets were turned off. Got 2 bids from local small businesses and ended up going with Ridgeline Plumbing. Their bid was less than half of the other firm’s bid.
Shane (owner) did an estimate. Then Paul came out soon after and completed the replacement of all 3 hose bibs. Shane and Paul were so nice and courteous and did excellent work. I did receive a senior discount as well. Paul even noticed that my dryer vent in the crawl space was disconnected because of old tape. He put it back together the best he could and took pictures of it along with the lint accumulation so I could use the photos when I contacted a company for vent cleaning.
Communications from the office (Shane’s wife) were excellent as well. Would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat 💓
UPDATE Nov 5 2025. Ridgeline Plumbing deserves another 5-star rating! Paul replaced a leaky outside faucet and cleaned the trap on a sink. He was quick, efficient, personable. He knows what he's doing! If you need a plumber I strongly recommend this locally owned company. ❤️
The hot water connection to my washing machine leaked and flooded the laundry room floor with water. I tried to tighten the connection but didn't succeed because I wasn't sure what I was doing. I needed a plumber. I picked Ridgeline because of all positive comments and reviews on Facebook and Google. I contacted Ridgeline through their website and Christine replied quickly, setting up an appointment. Shane arrived at the appointed time, very professional yet friendly. He looked at the connection box and immediately knew the hose had loosened. He whipped out his crescent wrench and tightened the connection. Then he showed me how to do it if it happens again.
I was surprised he didn't charge me for the service. 🤗

We are so grateful for Ridgeline Plumbing! They took the time to talk with us late in the evening (8:30 pm!) and came out the very next day so we could at least have water running in our home. While they weren’t able to finish the entire job themselves, they went above and beyond by connecting us with a trusted friend to make sure our plumbing needs were fully taken care of.

Hose bib replacement
Ridgeline was flexible in scheduling and concerned about any possible inconvenience to me. The office was especially efficient at tracking my appointment and keeping me updated on changes that I needed to make. Shane was great at keeping me alerted as to his arrival and the cost. Shane also did a fantastic job of replacing an outside faucet that had leaked for years. He did it quicker than I expected with the price being cheaper than I expected. Highly recommend this plumbing outfit!

Shane and Christine were fantastic to work with on my natural gas house upgrade for the gas range and dryer. Shane was very careful about opening drywall for easy repairs.
