Couldn’t be happier! Got ahold of Rick’s to have some minor repair done to bedroom carpeting and the results were great. Easy to communicate and schedule with, timely, and professional. The responding technician, Steven, did solid work and was great about explaining the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of my repair options. Paid about $225 for a stretch, corner repair, and a seam repair. All in all a positive experience.

A friend cleaned my carpet with something that triggered an allergic attack. I called Rick's Family Carpet Care. Steve worked me into his schedule in two days and steam cleaned my carpet without chemicals. He was efficient and careful. My 30 year old carpet looks great! And no more sneezed. My dog ate 4 different areas of my home’s carpet and now you can’t even tell! I reached out to Steven on Wednesday night and he found time to come over on Friday afternoon. Thank you, Bill! Those carpet beetles can be frustrating to deal with, and not easy to manage since the pest control people don't treat for them. Carpet cleaning with hot water extraction (steam cleaning) in Puyallup and calling Rick's Family Carpet Care Inc is the right way to handle it!
Awesome job! Did great with stretching, honest with what needed to be done, got 99% of all stains out at a very good price!
