Steve came by our new house and cleaned our couch. He came by right on time and gave us plenty of notice. He was extremely communicative and a joy to work with. Would 100% use again and we will be reaching out for other services as well! Highly recommend!

Rick’s provided a fair price and quality service. They did power stretching and steam cleaning. My 8yr old carpets are restored to ‘like new,’ probably got me another 4-5 years out of them. I would recommend their service to friends and family, and I plan to use them again in the future. Service technician Steven was thorough, professional, and courteous. He did great work!

Steven arrived promptly at our agreed time for carpet stretching and cleaning. He did a professional and amazing job. The carpets look new and the ugly humps are gone. The quote was very accurate. Look no further for your carpet needs. Call Rick’s Family Carpet. I would give 20 stars if I could.

I was happy with the work performed by Rick's Family Carpet Care. They were not able to accomplish everything that I wanted to have done, but they did a good job overall.

Regarding the grout cleaning, we always aim to be upfront and transparent when we see conditions that may not produce the results a customer is hoping for. In this case, we identified that portions of the grout were already damaged and demonstrated how cleaning could potentially worsen its condition. Out of respect for your home, we initially recommended not proceeding.
After discussing the risks and at your request, we did move forward carefully, doing our best to improve the appearance while minimizing further damage. Situations like this can be challenging, as our goal is always to balance achieving results with protecting the integrity of the surface.
We also were upfront that we do not do repairs on grout (perhaps this is the part about not being able to complete all you wanted done?) It is quite frustrating getting less than 5 stars because we don't offer the service you need and were still able to complete the tasks to your satisfaction that you hired us to do.
