I had the opportunity to meet Ian Montgomery. First off, let me tell you he was ON TIME! When I opened the door he greeted me with a smile. He was very pleasant and even took the time to educate me on air filters. As home owners we think we know what we're doing. We are so wrong! Trust the professionals!! I am so glad I found Ricks Affordable. They are now and will always be my go to for heating and air! Thanks Ian
4 stars for now, will update once they come back. I don’t think I could say any more great things about Rick’s. They came out and gave an estimate for an entire install to include furnace, A/C, and duct work. There were some missteps with communication during the estimate and scheduling process, but Dylan and his crew were so respectful of our space. If they said they were working in the basement that day? They didn’t leave that area. Every day when they left you couldn’t really tell they were here. The day the job was finished Rick came out to chat and see how everything went. When we voiced our concerns even he said he didn’t like how certain things looked so they are being changed. We had a few things to complete on our end before the work can be finished, but all it’s going to take is a call to the office to schedule. Great experience overall so far and would definitely recommend.
I chose Rick’s because it is family and veteran owned. I was very impressed with their response time. What separated Rick’s from others I’ve experienced was the genuine friendliness and willingness to walk me through the technical aspects of the problem. Our technician was Ian, his friendliness and expertise just won over a new customer.

Got a new AC unit and flue pipes put in yesterday. I thought I would take advantage of the off season price savings on it. Thank you to Christian ryland and jackson for the install. Also to Ian who came to help me with a recent heating repair as well. I will definitely use them when I decide to replace my water heater next.

I heard about Rick’s Heating and Cooling from people I work with and was not disappointed with a recommendation! I lost heat on a Monday and had a brand new furnace (long overdue😩) installed the very next day! Big thanks to Rick the owner who was phenomenal and to his team that installed it: Tyler, Ryland, and Jacob! Cannot say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and customer service! From the staff working the front desk that answer your call to the team that comes out to do any type of repairs, this will be the third time I’ve used this company and will always recommend them to anybody! There is nothing about this experience that wasn't great .. I could not be happier with the furnace, the installation process or the crew.
I had a new furnace and AC installation done and from my perspective it went exactly as it should.

Rick’s Affordable Heating and Cooling truly saved the day! Our furnace went out on a Saturday, and Ian arrived quickly to help. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Ted was helpful explaining the different functions of operation. Thermostat controls. Vacume sender. Filter breathing. Etc.
