Great Local Arubian Good
Loved this location, it’s just hidden inside the Mill, my family is from Aruba and Grenada and one of the things that bothers me is the food in Aruba around tourists spots caters to tourists, which occasionally is fine, but I’m an advocate of being proud of ones culture.. I’d have to go to San Nicolas or family home for home food in Aruba… well this restaurant catches the essence of local food and I’m here for it. Fungi and fried fish amazing (Grenada calls it cou-cou with fried fish) but same thing.. it was really good and I highly recommend it
Outstanding find! Rich’s Arubian Restaurant offers a wonderful taste of the Caribbean, with dishes representing flavors from across the region. It’s family-owned—the husband is from the Dominican Republic and his wife, pictured at the far left, is native Arubian—and their love and passion for Caribbean food really come through.
Everything was flavorful and had its own unique flair. Our kids loved the plantains and rice and beans, while the Arubian chicken and Venezuelan beef dishes were outstanding—distinctive, memorable, and absolutely delicious.
A terrific family-owned restaurant that we’re very happy to have discovered a short stroll from the main strip. We’re already eager to return!
My wife and I stopped here for dinner during our second day in Aruba. The host was extremely welcoming and all of the food was excellent. I had the galina soba, which was delicious. My wife also really enjoyed her garlic shrimp. If we ever come back to Aruba, we would definitely make sure to visit here again.

Delicious authentic Caribbean food. If you want to experience local food in a welcoming and relaxed environment this is the place. The service was fantastic and all our dishes were fantastic with very reasonable prices. We will definitely be back
Food was delicious and loved the variety of caribbean dishes. The female host was very courteous and checked on us periodically.

Excellent! My son had the oxtail, I had the Arubian flag which was delicious, my wife had the land & sea skewers and my daughter has the filet - all excellent! And they gave is complimentary meat soup to start which was fantastic. And the staff was friendly and engaging- definitely will go back on next visit to Aruba

A must-visit spot for authentic Aruban food and also cuisine from other islands. The ambiance is great as is the service. Way better value and flavor than anything on the Palm Beach Strip. Only wish we'd discovered it sooner than the last night of our trip!

If you want authentic Aruban food, this is the place you need to come to! Such kind staff, incredible food and over all authentic experience. My family could not believe that even hotel staff did not know of this place and we were so beyond grateful we looked at the reviews because this was one of the best restaurants we went to. Our server and bartender, Michael, was so attentive making sure we had everything we needed and the food came out to our liking. I wish I caught the name of the chef, but whoever it was made some of the most delicious food we’ve had in Aruba. I would recommend this place 10/10 times when you take our vacation in Aruba!

We went for an early dinner. The food was amazing. Ox tail was delicious. Seafood pasta was very good ( our 9 years old eats it everywhere and he said the sauce is soooooo good:))). My husbands and daughters meals were good as well. Will definitely come back!

This place is wonderful. Staff was friendly and happy to make recommendations. We started with the calamari, not super breaded, very fresh, wonderful! Had the Arubian flag for dinner (wish I had taken a picture) so did my hubby. Fish was wonderful! They have a kids menu which had pasta for our very picky kiddo, he like it (and he liked the calamari, that says something). Prices very reasonable. Even had a nice glass of wine! We certainly recommend!!!
This place was outstanding! Ate there tonight and had the famous keshi yena dish and Aruba’s signature drink, the Ariba. Everything was delicious, including all the starter dishes like the ceviche and my wife and kids all LOVED their dishes. The service was wonderful and their prices all very reasonable. It was nice to get authentic, local, delicious cuisine! Highly recommended for anyone who wants a true taste of this beautiful island!
